STEPS FOR ASSEMBLY
1. THE FIRST WE MUST DO IS SET AN APPROPRIATE SPACE TO ASSEMBLE THE LATHE
2. PUT THE FIXED HEAD OF THE WINCH WITH ITS ELCTRIC PARTS AND THE BANKING
3. ASSEMBLE THE ENGINE AND MAKE THE ELCTRIC CONNECTIONS
4. EMSAMBLE THE SPEED BOX AND AT THE SAME TIME MOUNT THE SPINDLE IN THE SHAFT
AXLE
5. ASSEMBLE THE ADVANCE MECHANISM WITH THE ENGINE AT THE SAME TIME YOU
ASSEMBLE IT IN THE FIXED HEAD
6. ASSEMBLE THE ADVANCE AXLE AND THE WINDING SCREW TO THE ADVANCE MECHANISM
AND ENGINE
7. ASSEMBLE THE CROSS CART ON THE BANKING AND ASSEMBLE THE AUTOMATIC TO THE
WIND SCREW AND FORWARD AXLE
8. MOUNT THE REFRIGERANT DEPOSIT
9. MOUNT THE GUIDES OF LA BANCADA
10. MOUNT THE MOBILE HEAD IN THE GUIDES OF LA BANCADA
11. MOUNT THE TRAY OR THE CARTER ON THE BANK BELOW

General cleaning.
Visual inspection (abnormal noise and vibration, oil leaks, coolant,
electrical connections, etc.).
Lubrication of moving cars and sliding guides.
Inspection of head motor bearings.
Inspection of the electrical wiring of the head motor.
Inspection of the electrical wiring of the motor, in case of breakdowns, request its
change.
Repair and maintenance of the entire electrical system.
Grinding and scraping of the bed, transverse axis and chirrión.
Change of bearings in the head or secondary shafts thereof.
Replacement of head motor bearings.
Head alignment, to avoid conicity.
Alignment of the counterpoint.
Leveling.
Change or repair of the spindles and replacement of the bearings, located in the
spindle ends.
Readjustment of conical carriage rules.
Rectification and scraping of the bed, Z and X axis.
 Inspection and adjustment of bands, in case of wear, in case of cracking do the
change.
Inspection of the coolant pump and coolant level.
Inspection of refrigerant return circuit.
Inspection of electrical installations, in case of breakdowns replace components
necessary.
