NARRATIVE

I responded to the above location for the report of a transformer fire in the
parking lot of WAWA. Upon arrival, District 5 fire was on scene along with
JCP&L. I was advised that the Tesla Motors charging station was on fire and
observed flames coming from the equipment located at the corner of the
property(New Rd/Edwards Rd). The WAWA manager shut the gas pumps
down during the incident. The JCP&L employee that was on scene working across
the street, opened the circuits to the power station on the pole, and cut the
power to them. District 5 Fire members were able to extinguish the electrical
fire once the equipment boxes were opened. I was advised by the WAWA manager
that they contacted their corporate offices and advised them of the incident.
