Guild Structure
Note: Everyone is expected to monitor the implementation of the guild’s rules and regulations.
All r4s are authorized to kick violators.
Membership
1. The Membership Head is the ONLY ONE authorized to accept New Applications.
2. Only when accepted, shall the Hive’s Coordinates be given to the New Member
3. Leaving and re-entering the guild without a valid reason is strictly prohibited, only the
Membership Head is allowed to accept r3-r1’s who re-enters the guild after evaluation.
4. Only r4’s and r3’s who leaves for official business will be allowed re-enter the guild
immediately.
5. Players inactive for 3days and more without notifying the r4s will be automatically kicked.
External Affairs
1. During Conflicts, Negotiation for Alliances and NAP’s The Diplomats are the only ones
authorized to communicate with other guilds and non-members.
2. During conflicts and attacks, it is strictly prohibited to post nasty massages on the attacker’s
diplomacy board or mail them directly as this will elicit more attacks. All coordinations and
negotiations shall be only done thru the Diplomats. Violators even r4s, will be demoted or
kicked depending on the gravity of the offense. Please bear in mind that you are carrying the
name of the guild.
Privacy
1. Only War Officers are authorized to rally against other players. Unauthorized rallies will not be
tolerated. Violators will be demoted or kicked. If you want to rally against someone, please
inform our War Officers first. The War Lords shall inform the Diplomats if there are conflicts.
2. Be mindful of who you attack. Check their guilds first.
General Rules
1. When Gathering, finish the resource tile because unfinished tiles will not regenerate.
2. Do not immediately attack monsters with less than 100% HP, check the chat box first if the
coordinates are posted. Do Not steal monsters.
3. Do NOT attack our Allies, even on the rss tile. Check the Guild Board for the list of Allies.
Withdraw from the tile if you arrived first, and then message the other party to withdraw from
the tile. If disagreements arise, inform our Diplomats.
4. Do not attack Filipino Guilds.
Reminders: Do not leave excessive Rss on your account, Always Shelter Your Leaders and Troops, Fake
Rally or Garrison excess troops if shield is not available.
