Instructions for Examinees

1. Inside the examination hall, silence shall be strictly observed. COE, SXUK

2. Before taking your seat inside examination room, you are requested to leave your bags, books, mobile phones(in switched off
mode) or other unauthorized articles at the blackboard end of the room at your own risk. However, the examination Admit Card
and University ID Card must remain with you for verification.

3. Use and/or possession of smart phone, tablet or any other electronic gadget is strictly prohibited during the examination.
However you may use a non-programmable electronic calculator for all examinations.

4. Examinees must identify their seats by carefully going through the seat plan provided in the examination hall.

5. Examinees may leave the examination hall to use the washroom only after an hour of the commencement of the examination
and please ensure that the absence is not UNDULY LONG.

6. Do not write your Name / Roll No. / CIN No. anywhere on the answer booklet (except the top sheet as specified), as well as on
the loose sheets.

7. To prevent unfair means:

a) examinees are not to leave their answer sheets in such a way that will facilitate copying during the examination.

b) examinees must tie up even rough sheets (if any) with their answer booklets, and return all unused sheets. NO BLANK
SHEET IS TO BE TAKEN OUT OF THE EXAMINATION HALL.

8. Unfair Practice: Anyone found using unfair means will be Reported Against (RA). Unfair means include not only using, but
possessing cog sheets, passing on an answer script to a neighbour, blatant copying from neighbours, engaging in
conversation with fellow-examinees, not heeding to warning by the Invigilator etc. For further details, refer to the guidelines
regarding penalties for breach of discipline during University Examinations as stated in the SXUK Prospectus.

9. Do not laminate this admit card. Preserve it carefully even after the examination.
