Serves: 8 | Serving size: 1 cornet

1 – 8-oz./226 g crescent
roll dough sheet
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, whisked
½ cup sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350° F/176° C.

2. Sprinkle flour over Silicone Baking
Sheet with Rim, unroll crescent
dough on top and lightly flour the
dough.
3. Cut strips of dough with
multi-purpose cutter. Roll the strips
around the UltraPro Cornets.
4. Place on baking sheet, brush with
egg and sprinkle with sugar and
cinnamon.
5. Bake 10 minutes or until golden
brown. Let cool before removing
cornets. Repeat with remaining
