FOREWORD

Probably the most important point of all. If you want your students to show solidarity, be supportive. If you
want your students to respect diversity, then you have to respect diversity too. It’s the teacher’s responsibility to
lead by example. Doing so will allow students to become familiar with examining and understanding different
points of view – something that is very important to developing a greater sense of maturity.

The more information you have and the clearer you can think, the more power you have over your future.
This is why education is so important. It gives children the power to get out of bad neighbourhood or the
courage to pursue an unorthodox career. Education is responsible for all advancements in science and
technology and allows us to avoid mistakes made in the past. As the art of teaching has progressed in the past
century, we have begun to realize that there are many different types of learning styles. It is the teacher’s
responsibility to accommodate all of these types into her lesson plans each day to ensure that each student
receives information in the best possible way while bringing out the best selves of his/her students while
emancipating their potential.

Young students are discovering their strengths and building their dreams for the future. They're growing up
physically and mentally. They are beginning to understand themselves and the world around them. Give them a
quality education and they will grow up with a strong foundation of knowledge to meet those dreams. Deny
them that quality education and they are doomed to a life where they never meet their dreams or reach their true
potential.

The education system develops the talents of the people who will be leading our country in the next
generation. We want to nurture students' physical prowess, mental acuity, and social graces. It's the education
system's responsibility to train students in the skills needed to pursue their dreams and make a better society.

As educators, we help students to discover different career fields and develop their skills in the areas that
interest them. We also give them the base skills in core subjects like language, mathematics, science, history,
and the arts. When a student graduates from high school, they should have a set of basic skills to help them be
successful in whatever career or higher education they choose to pursue.
