Ropestec Cranes and Rigging Technical Services is a Local company formed by Local Engineers
and Technician specialized with Lifting Equipments. Our Specialists have broader experience
with all types of Lifting Equipments used in Mining, Constructions, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas,
Ports and Power Plants. We offer our Services at the Customers Site.

 Mobile Cranes Inspections, Load Testing and Certifications.
 Tower Cranes inspections, Load Testing and Certifications.
 Overhead Cranes, Gantry Cranes Inspections, Load Testing and Certifications.
 Forklifts, Tele handlers Load Testing and Certifications.
 Truck Mounted Cranes Inspections, Load Testing and Certifications.
 Training and re-certification of Mobile Cranes operators, Forklifts Operators
and Riggers.
 Lifting Tackles Inspections, Load Testing and Certifications.ie Chain blocks,
Shackles, Wire ropes, Eye bolts, Lifting chains, lever hoists, safety harness
etc.

  Supplying all types of Lifting Gears.
 Provide technical installation services of Cranes Load Moment Indicators,
anti-two blocking systems, pressure transducers and calibration of all safety
devices on Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, Overhead Cranes
and Electric Winch Machines.
 Installation and Change out of Hoist Ropes on all types of Cranes.
 Performing Non Destructive Test and Welding Inspections .
 To supply the Lifting Tackles such as Chain blocks, webbing slings, Shackles,
Hooks, wire ropes, plate clamps, tirfor, lever hoist etc
 Provision of Consultation services based on Cranes and rigging services.
 To assemble and disassembling all types of Lifting equipments.
 To assist in Plant shutdowns in Mining, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Power
Plants industries especially on heavy lifting activities.
 To provide Scaffolding inspections services.
 Inspections of Pallete Jacks,Hydraulic Jacks,Toe Jacks ,Step Ladders ,
Safety Harnesses,Spreader Bars etc.
 Lifting Beams Inspections,Load Testing and Safe Working Load(S.W.L)
verifications etc.

3. Inspections Results:
After completion of the Inspections and Load Testing, we shall hand over the following
inspection proof documents to the Customer:

*Mobile Cranes/Forklifts/Reach Stark/Boom Trucks Load Testing Certificates

*Mobile/Tower/Gantry Cranes Inspection Reports (If available on your site)
*Lifting Gears Inspection Report (If available on your site)
*Lifting Tackle Load Test Certificate (for chain blocks and Liver hoists only )
