2. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF OUR BUSINESS PLAN:


We are 4 partners starting a business with a 5000 capital of each partner. We have total 20000
to invest. We decided the foot wear business named “KAASH SHOES COLLECTION” basically we
are offering causal wear slippers online that is very comfortable in wearing r sells in a
reasonable price and provided a service of free delivery in some area of Karachi otherwise
charge rupees 50 to each of our customer in whole over Pakistan. So, for achievement of
success we decide to add some uniqueness in our business then we decided to make
customized slippers or for that purpose we decided to just upload many pictures of different
style of slippers. When a customers like any of our slippers they tells us about foot no and the
colour they want or we provide the facility to our customers that they tell us any changes in a
design of that slipper we he or she want to buy. so we make that slippers with editing that on
our customers demands. We don’t charge any extra cost of it. We are using facebook r
instagram for selling purpose. we do photography in a very professional ways to attack our
customer and also we divide the department to work in a proper ways.

Increasing demand for designer shoes are responsible for the major growth of
the market. We expect high demand because our shoe price is reasonable & comfort in
wearing.

There is competitors for the same product. but On the other hand, our
business is unique because we are making customized products.

KAASH Shoes Collection is targeting two different population segments within
low & medium level income as they are willing to buy it.

It is forecasted that the project will receive a great acceptance from the
customers as there is no provider for their unsatisfied need.

KAASH Shoes will sell women's casual shoes. The general categories of
shoes that will be sold are:

 Stylish casual slippers.

Our business is online & we provide services for delivery all over Pakistan which
will increase our sales.

As an entrepreneur, we have many skills that would help us in this business as:

For transporting the product for customers who ordered it online will deal with
shipping company” TCS/ leopard”.

c) CONTINGENCY PLAN:
Every business can do their emergency planning for unexpected or occasional event occurs. Like
death of supplier or any partners, short cruciate on factory, earthquake, flood, storm damage
and fire accident.

We are making a plan to save our business for this types uncertain events, we make contact
with more suppliers or join more supplier groups. If our supplier can face any type of unhappy
events our business can not suffer. If any partners can suffer with unhappy events, all partners
have all type of business information and skill to continue our business effectively.

a) ASSUMPTIONS:
We are decided our current interest rate for 1 year is 5% because our business is small and it is
a starting period of our business. It is small pitch business that’s why no tax rate can we pay in
our business. First month our sale is increase at 3%, second month our sales increase at 4% and
last 4 till June our sales increase at 5%.
