CHARACTERISTICS
• Committed by a student/s
against a co-student/s;
• Willful and Aggressive
Behavior
• Victim is out-numbered,
younger, weak, disabled,
less confident or
vulnerable.
Bullying Act Includes:
• Threats to inflict a wrong;
• Public Humiliation
• Deliberate Destruction or Defacement of
Property
• Physical Violence
• Demanding or Requiring Sexual of Monetary
favors
• Restraining the freedom of a co-student
• Includes also Cyber Bullying
