I. OBJECTIVES At the end of 20 minutes discussion, the students must be able to:

 Identify the different forms of Options in Multiple Choice tests.


 Distinguish the different varieties of Multiple Choice items.
 Write an example of Multiple Choice items using different forms/varieties.

A. Content Standards The learners must be able to demonstrate an understanding by identifying the different forms of Multiple Choice
tests.

B. Performance Standards The learners must be able to make their own multiple choice test using different variety.

C. Learning  To assess students’ knowledge about “Different Forms of “Options”.


Competencies/Objectives Write the

IV. PROCEDURES

A. Reviewing previous lesson or
