away from the complainant, am I correct?

Q: In your estimate, how far is 3 meters from where am I standing to you?

Q: As a police officer, would you agree with me that when a person tries to threaten or

extort another person, in a public place, he or she would talk or act discreetly, to avoid

being caught?

A: Yes.

Q: So it is possible that you were not able to clearly hear their entire conversation, right?

A: Yes.

Q: So it is possible that the accused was not threatening the complainant or they were just

talking..
