JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF CO-OWNERSHIP

We, KING ROBERT V. AGUSTIN, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of #47
Bangui Street, San Jose, Aurora, Isabela and NORMANDY B. GRAVILA, of legal age,
single, Filipino and a resident of #14 Del Rosario Street, Centro 4, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
state THAT;

1. We hereby declare that we have business partnership with the name KING ROB’S
FOOD AND BEVERAGE HOUSE particularly engaged in food and beverage
service with business name “MILK TEA STATION” (now MILK TEA HOUSE)
and business address at Mall of the Valley, Centro, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan;

2. Our ownership is characterized as equal undivided interest, jointly with right of

survivorship, not as tenants in common;

3. All existing assets contributed by us on the said above business and those that will
be derived therefrom shall be co-owned in common;

4. In addition, we hereby declare joint ownership, joint management, joint

administration and enjoyment on all our existing and future assets, properties
whether real (land/house and lot) or personal (car, gadgets, jewelry) including but
not limited to that house and lot we availed and bought at Lumina Homes;

5. The formal transfer of ownership of said real and personal properties in our names
as co-owners shall be made upon execution of proper instrument in accordance to
Philippine Laws;

6. Upon the death of any one of us, the survivor shall own the property subject to
existing Philippine Law on co-ownership, without necessity of probate of said
property;

7. We are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts, and for
whatever purpose and legal intent it may serve.

Affiants further sayeth naught.
