About Centricity Imaging Analytics
Real-time Dashboard
1.1 Product Introduction
The Centricity Imaging Analytics Real-time Dashboard is a standalone business tool that
allows you to visualize and monitor operations within the radiology department.
Its flexibility allows this information to be displayed on either a PC for department
managers or business leaders, or an LCD screen in the radiology work area.
The dashboard display size is capable of scaling from PC monitors with a minimum
specification of 1024 x 768 to high-resolution monitors with a minimum specification of
1920 x 1200.
The dashboard may be viewed on large-screen monitors with a minimum specification
of 1024 x 768 (XGA).

1.7 Safety
1.7.1 Intended Use
This product is intended for use as a real-time dashboard to visualize the radiology
department’s operational metrics.
1.7.2 Terminology
The terms danger, warning, caution, and system alert are used throughout this manual to
point out hazards and to designate a degree or level of seriousness. "Hazard" is defined
as a source of potential injury to a person.
Familiarize yourself with the terminology descriptions listed in the following table:

Danger Indicates an imminently hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, will
result in death or serious injury.
Warning Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, could
result in death or serious injury.
Caution Indicates a potentially hazardous situation, which, if not avoided, may
result in minor or moderate injury.
System Indicates non-hazardous messages providing system critical information.
Alert A message implemented after a risk is acceptable may be identified as
a system alert.
Note Indicates informational messages providing application tips or other useful
information that do not pertain to a hazard.

Cautions
Customer-Supplied Hardware
Hardware supplied by the customer must meet all applicable standards listed under
Certifications (page 9).
There are no cautions that refer to the Centricity Imaging Analytics application.
System Alert
Ergonomics
Improper or prolonged keyboard or mouse use may result in injury. Viewing the monitor
screen for extended periods of time may result in eye strain. Users should follow the
Ergonomic Guidelines specified by the vendor / manufacturer of their PC equipment.
1.7.4 Certifications
The Centricity Imaging Analytics application meets the following:
IEC 60601-1-6 Medical Electrical Equipment - Part 1-6: General Requirements for
Safety - Collateral Standard: Usability
Customer supplied hardware components must meet the following standards:

1.8.3 Restrictions
Except as necessary for Customer to exercise its express rights hereunder, Customer may
not itself or allow any third party to (i) make copies of the Licensed Software, (ii) distribute
the Licensed Software to others, (iii) electronically transfer the Licensed Software from one
computer to another over a network, or (iv) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble,
or otherwise reduce the Licensed Software to a human perceivable form. CUSTOMER
MAY NOT MODIFY, ADAPT, TRANSLATE, RENT, LEASE, LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT,
DISTRIBUTE, NETWORK, OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE
LICENSED SOFTWARE OR ANY PART THEREOF.

or in any event, within 14 days after receipt, and the contents and containers held for
inspection by the carrier. A transportation company will not pay a claim for damage if an
inspection is not requested within this 14 day period.
Call Traffic and Transportation, Milwaukee, WI (414) 785 5052 or 8*323 5052 immediately
after damage is found. At this time be ready to supply name of carrier, delivery date,
consignee name, freight or express bill number, item damaged and extent of damage.
Complete instructions regarding claim procedure are found in Section S of the Policy
and Procedures Bulletins.
