We are On tour, the agency that handles the airport transfers for the Hard Rock hotels in
Cancún and the Mayan Riviera.

The cost of the airport transfers to the Hard Rock Cancún is $28USD per person, round trip
(airport-hotel-airport). The charge would be made to your bill at the hotel to be paid upon
check out at the hotel’s Front Desk.

To book your airport transfers we need the following information.

-Name of the Resort (Hard Rock Cancun or Hard Rock Riviera Maya)
-Days of stay
-Hotel confirmation number
-Membership number
-Number of persons
-ARRIVAL: Airline, flight number and time of arrival
-RETURN: Airline, flight number and time of departure

Somos On Tour, la agencia que se encarga de los traslados de aeropuerto para los
hoteles Hard Rock en Cancún y la Riviera Maya.

El costo de sus traslados de aeropuerto para el hotel Hard Rock Cancún, es de $28USD
por persona, viaje redondo (aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto). El cargo se haría en su
cuenta del hotel, para ser pagado al momento de su salida en la Recepción del mismo

We have two services for transportation:

Collective service: the charge will be $28 USD per person (round trip) for the transfers
airport-Hard Rock-airport. This amount will be posted to your hotel bill to be paid upon
check out at the hotel's reception.

Private service: the charge will be $122 USD (this price is just for 4 people) also
roundtrip service for the transfers airport-Hard Rock-airport. This amount will be posted
to your hotel bill to be paid upon check out at the hotel's reception, service direct to the
resort.

If you will be using our services, we will need the following information to book your
airport transfers:

- What kind of service do you like?

- Hotel confirmation number

- Dates of stay

- Airline, flight number and time of arrival to Cancún Airport

- Airline, flight number and time of departure from Cancún Airport for your return
transfer

- Number of persons

as soon as we receive this information, we will reserve your transfers and we will send you
an e-mail confirmation

Of course not, we are going to be waiting for you until you leave the
terminal (you need to pass customs, security, immigration, luggage, long
lines of people, high season, delayed flight, missing luggage, etc. so we can’t
assign an exact pick up time because we don’t know what could happen at
the airport)

PICK UP QUEJA
yes, from the resort to the airport is almost 1 hour with 30 minutes, then
from international flights you have to be 2.30 minutes before at your flight
for customs and immigrations
However if you want to change it, you need to do it until you are here at
the resort, 2 days before at your flight on the front desk.
