Reg: Training to Officers assuming role of Deputy Branch Head for the first time.

The training policy of the bank provides for training of employees on their assuming new role for the 1st time. Among others,
assuming role of Deputy Branch Head for the 1st time is also in such list in the Training Policy. It is also in accordance to and in
compliance of RBI and GOI expectations which insist upon Role Based Trainings. Role Based Training is also a part of EASE
agenda.

In this context a 5-Day Training Program for Officers assuming the role of Deputy Branch Head for the 1st time (in the rank of
Scale I/ II/ IIII) following programs for have been scheduled as per the details given below:
