There are lot people I have seen and some of them I personally know who come after completing or
in between their jail sentences and again do the same crime or the other. In my opinion this is
mainly because these people dont have any other means of living or we can say that they are used
to it OR they might have other purpose to do it like, to get revenge from someone or they might be
the professional criminals.

A human doesn’t born as a criminal or terrorist, it’s the situation who force them to do such things.
Usually, the criminals like thief and pickpocket will never stop doing this because they find it very
easy to earn money in such a way and after sometime they become professional in it. And if they get
caught, for them there is no big punishments. They go in for like months or years, one or two and
again do the same. In my view for these people the government should do something, either give
them some job or some work they deserve. But if they again got caught doing the same the
punishment for them should be more than usual.

A criminal like a murderer or a professional killer should always be in the hit list of authority and any
small complain against them should be considered as a big threat to the society. For these people if
they again do the same or bigger crime they should be imprisoned for the lifetime and in worst case
they should be hanged.

In my opinion, the behaviour of a criminal should be noted during their jail sentence and then action
should be taken accordingly whether it is safe to release them or not. And if possible for the
government they should solve their issue of why they are doing it again and again.
