Dear Dr. Alvendia:

I sincerely apologize for late submission of Application for graduation I was unable to
submit on time because I got a problem in my S.I.S online account. I was not able to go here
in our main campus to fix the issue due to my mother’s condition. She got a stroke last year
and had a post encephalitis corea and she is under recovery and medication. I am her only
child to look and take care of her since my siblings were all married and had a job. We lived
in Alfonso, Cavite and unfortunately we are financially struggled as of now due to this sort of
family problems causing me not to comply with thesubmission of needed requirements.

I look towards your kind consideration and hoping that you would still accept my application
so I can finished my studies this year and pursue a career that will surely help me and my
family.

I, Pialhen Marie Q. Hernan, your student under Feasibility Studies tutorial basis, is writing
this letter to ask for a big favor with regards to my grades. I am a graduating student and
supposed to finish my course this year. If you would give me a temporary grade, it will be a
great help for me and my family. My mother is a stroke survivor and she is under recovery
that is why we are struggling now financially because of her continuous medication and if I
can graduate this year I can finally help and support her.
