CANCELLATION OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARCELA COBEBE, of legal age, married, a Filipino citizen, and with residence
and postal address at No. 300 U.P. Village, Irisan, Baguio City, Philippines, being the
MORTGAGEE in that certain document of Real Estate Mortgage (Doc. #269; Page #55; Book
#70; Series of 2005 of Notary Public of Baguio City, Atty. Potenciano B. Mungusan) involving
a parcel of land located at Res. Sec “L”, Baguio City, consisting of NINETY (90) SQUARE
METERS, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. T-78320, photo copy of which is
hereto attached for its complete technical description;

The afore-stated mortgage was executed by SPOUSES BERNARDINO and

ANITA CABALO, both of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents of Irisan, Baguio City,
MORTGAGOR, for valid consideration, do hereby forever release and discharge the
same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have caused these presents to be executed this 10th day
of November 2009 at Baguio City, Philippines.
