ABOUT US

Catalyst Consulting is a training, consulting audit/assessment, and mystery shopping services

provider, established in 2015 with firstly focused on food safety sectors. Each of these areas
of expertise is handled by trainers, consultants, and assessors who have been tested and
experienced in public trainings, in-house trainings, consultancy projects, and audit or
assessments in various local and multinational companies.

We believe that consultancy and training should be fun and have positive impacts and
benefits for both participants and clients. For that, we always use a fun learning approach, full
of examples and workshops, so that participants can understand the reasons behind a
requirement. I personally have been in consulting since 2011, and I am active member of
EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group), and some local associations (PATPI,
JMKP, etc). I hope this experiences can accelerate process in developing clients’ needs.

Some others programs may be customized programs i.e. Laboratory Management System,
Calibration, Management of Document Control, Management Representative, System Gap
Analysis, 5S/5R, Improvement System, and people assessment.

WHAT WE DO
We have four main activities that packaged based on clients’ needs. Those are
consulting, training, assessment, and mystery shopping.

Consulting
Provide consultation to clients in
accordance with the management system
and improvement that will be developed
by the client. The duration of the
consultation depends on the scope, the
improvement that will be applied, and the
internalization of improvement. Project
can be vary depend on client needs.
Some of projects are following ISO
standards, and some others are following
customers’ requirements such as YUM!
FSA, YUM! PFA, etc.
Training
Provide training to clients in the form of
in-house training, public training,
seminars, short courses, and workshops
according to client needs. Public training
themes are generally general topics that
provide advance and technical knowledge
for participants.

Assessment Mystery Shopping

Provide audit or assessment services
based on certain requirements, as an
preparation before certification, gap
analysis, maintenance audit, as well as
assurance for management of the system
or improvement that has been
implemented.

by Catalyst Consulting. We observe and
evaluate your business performance on
wide perspective, especially from
customers’ moment-of-truth point of
view. Our mystery shopping program is

FOOD SAFETY
Food industry and services are growing. Market demands are increasing. For this reason, a special
formula is needed to simultaneously integrate food safety, food quality and halal/lawful food
needs. The food safety management system includes Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
(HACCP), GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, and other food safety management systems. In halal
matters, the MUI issues HAS 23000 as a guideline for implementation. Other needs can be in the
form of advanced knowledge in terms of food allergens management, food additives, food defense,
and so on.

ISO 9001 has become a basic requirement for every industry and service. For example, the
automotive manufacturing industry, household appliances, up to schools and hospitals, require a
quality management system in ensuring quality consistency in the products and services provided
to customers. By focusing on customer satisfaction, risk-based thinking, Plan-Do-Check-Action
Cycle, and sustainability, ISO 9001: 2015 becomes the most updated and applicable quality

 HEALTH, SAFETY,
ENVIRONMENT
SHE stands for Safety, Health, and Environment. Is a blend of Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
management systems and environmental management system. At present the government is
starting to require the industry to implement a Health and Safety (SMK3) Management System,
which means your company must start preparing to implement it. In the ISO series, guidelines for
the health and safety management system are found in ISO 45001, while the environmental
management system is in ISO 14001. As a derivative of these two systems, the Contractor Safety
Management System (CSMS) is present as a requirement for vendors in the selection process, and
guarantees customer, that vendors have consistently applied SHE in their work environment and
service environment that will be provided to customers.

Humans are the determining factor in the success of a business. Therefore, the right and precise
method is needed to obtain and develop reliable human resources. Through a comprehensive
