A. Project Charter, consisting of the brief description of the project and the need for the project (commercial,
technical, strategic etc.,) – Critical content
B. Project Scope with WBS Level 1 – Critical Content
C. Project Risks - Project Risk identification must be represented by Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS) and must
include probability of occurrence and impact of the risk – Critical Content
