Honoured Sir,

Today i.e. on 14-11-2019 at 13.30 hours received English typed complaint from Smt Namundla
Shirisha, W/o Aruri Rajender, Age: 26yrs, Occ: Housewife, Caste: SC (Madhiga), R/o: H: no: 10-4-
B/452, Addagutta, East Marredpally, Sec-Bad. Cell: no: 9701518157. Which reads as follows.

Brief facts of the case as that on 14-11-2019 at 13.30 hours received English typed complaint

 from Smt Namundla Shirisha, W/o Aruri Rajender, Age: 26yrs, Occ: Housewife, Caste: SC
(Madhiga), R/o: H: no: 10-4-B/452, Addagutta, East Marredpally, Sec-Bad. Cell: no: 9701518157.
On 02-03-2019 her marriage was performed with Aruri Rajender S/o Aruri Balaiah, Age: 26yrs Occ:
Plumber, Caste: SC (Madhiga), R/o: 1-12/6, Nashkal Chilpur, Jangaon, Warangal, Telangana. Cell:
no: 8367340641. It was an arranged marriage. In which she stated that her parents gave 1 lakh
towards dowry, 2 lakh worth household articles and 4 lakhs towards marriage expenses. She was
treated well for a brief period later which her husband used to harass her saying that she is not
suitable as his wife, used to beat her bleed blue and black for the want of addl. Dowry and used to
scold her using filthy language. She says her marriage was not consummated till date as he was
impotent. Finally in the month of august 2019 her husband picked up quarrel with her using the
most vulgar language and beat her upon the instigation of his parents and forcibly neck her out of
the marital home on wearing apparels. After that a panchayat was held on 05-09-2019, in which
her husband agreed to look after her with proper care but she says there was no change in his
behaviour and increased his harassment for the want of addl. Dowry. She is requesting to take
necessary action against her husband and in-law’s, no other option she approached to WPS,
Begumpet and lodged a petition on 28-09-2019 and petition no: 71and forwarded to counselling
but the counselling was failed. Hence register FIR (I.O Vardaiah Rajini, S.I.)

Cr. No.245/2019, U/s 498(A) IPC Sec 4 & 6 of DPA and took up the investigation.
