INGREDIENTS:

 A chicken breast
 Half a kilo of broccoli
 3 carrots
 A cup of peas
 Half a kilo of green beans
 A medium lettuce

PREPARATION
 First wash the chicken and vegetables
 Then put the chicken in a small pot with water and boil it for
twenty minutes.
 Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, and boil them in
another pot for about 4 or 5 minutes, but not the lettuce.
 Then fray the chicken with a fork
 And finally, mix all the vegetables with the frayed chicken in
a bowl, then add a little salt and lemon to taste
