Refund Policy Application Fee Refund Deadline: Thursday, September 19th, 17:00
If you cancel (delete) an abstract by the deadline, you will receive a refund of the ann
ual fee.
After the deadline for modifying and deleting the abstract, it is impossible to cancel
(delete) the abstract and it will be treated as a cancellation.
If the presenter of the Memorial Lecture, Special Lecture, Symposium, Oral Announce
ment, or Poster Announcement cancels the abstract after the deadline, the
annual fee is non-refundable.
If you need to refund the fee due to personal reasons, we will refund your request onl
y until the pre-registration deadline.
