THE
TRUTH

IS
Truth be told? There’s an enor-
mous, incalculable and monumen-
tal resource of talent among the 305
million Americans in this country
and an even greater, unimaginable
resource of talent among the 7 billion
of us that inhabit and should own this
planet. And the thought that it’s never
been and never will be realized, this
magnificent, breathtaking, gargantuan be-
hemoth of majestic brilliance, awe-inspir-
ing artistry, monumental genius in all facets
of life, the available skill and striking aptitude
of 7 billion humans wasted for the dripping blood
profits, brain splattered earnings ratios and hanging
flesh wealth of war makes me want to puke my lunch
in my lap but the blood that would be in the muck would
be frightfully embarrassing.

THE RED
BRIGADE
Red Brigade
Organizational
History
The Red Brigades – Communist Combatant Par-
ty (BR-PCC) aims to mount a proletarian opposi-
tion to the Capitalist bourgeoisie government in
Italy. The group considers striking at the “heart of
the state” as the most effective means of weaken-
ing that state. Group actions are committed with
the additional goal of creating class awareness of
the oppression created by the government, and to
show that there is an alternative to state control.

The narrative conveniently omitted is that NATO

controlled the terrorists. Gladio was a NATO and
western mass murder covery Op from the very
beginning. The Red Brigade and Badar Mein-
hof were covert organizations entrusted to create
havoc, murder civilians and politicians alike and
instill fear in the population. And that they did.

The BR-PCC is ideologically similar to the orig-

inal Red Brigades, who were active during the
1970s and 80s, espousing a Marxist-Leninist phi-
losophy. The BR-PCC does not view the com-
munist struggle as solely a domestic issue, even
though the bulk of their force is concentrated on
Italy. Rather it views the communist struggle and
the oppression of the working class as a common
element linking them with other movements,
which explains their extensive relationships with
other terrorist groups. Also explaining their con-
nection to other terrorist groups is the intelligence
community and NATO pulling the strings of these sanctioned terrorist groups.

Following the dissolution of the original Red Brigades, remnants of the Italian communist movement remained
active in their designs to overthrow the government in favor of a proletarian-based system. The new Red Bri-
gades-Communist Combatant Party was formed in 1984 by Antonio De Luca, Simonetta Giergogieri, and Nicho-
las Bortone. Effectively modeling itself after its predecessor, the BR-PCC was a mix of old and new. The same
tactics were advocated by the group, but some members were from a newer generation. The new Red Brigades did
not commit its first attack until 1992, under the Fighting Communist Nuclei (NCC). It was not discovered until
2003 that the NCC was simply an alias of the new Red Brigades; original NCC documents and claims of credit
were found in a Red Brigades hideout in Rome. After numerous arrests of group members and leaders, the group’s
operational effectiveness was seriously impacted. The group never officially disbanded so it is unknown whether
or not they will ever have a resurgence of activities. Only the CIA knows for sure ...
Structure
The group has a cellular structure. It is led by a
“strategic directorate” most likely composed of
older members who were either directly involved
with the original Red Brigades or active in the
periphery. Each cell consists of no more than 2
or 3 members, some of whom have turned out to
be roommates, using their houses or apartments
as headquarters for activity in a particular area.
Italian media has reported the existence of group
columns, similar to the structure of paramilitary-
style terrorist organizations. However, a column
structure typically belongs to rural-based groups
able to operate over large swaths of territory;
therefore it may be a misnomer.

Arsenal
In 2003, Italian police conducted a raid on a
hideout used by the BR-PCC and found 100 ki-
lograms of explosives, 200 detonators, and other
supplies to support the group’s terrorist activi-
ties. Most authorities believe the group does not
have a large arsenal, although the explosives
cache discovery would indicate otherwise. Most
explosives used by the group are homemade, and are constructed with common ingredients such as ammonia-
based cleaners and gasoline. They have also been known to use various firearms in order to carry out assassina-
tions and other armed assaults. Make no mistake; the intelligence communities provided sophisticated weapons
to the Red Brigade, Badar Meinhoff and Abu Nidal, another CIA terrorist asset.
Funding
Besides the use of personal funds, which is preva-
lent, armed robberies are a major means of financ-
ing the organization’s activities. The CIA and in-
telligence communities look the other way. The
BR-PCC is believed to have committed a robbery
as recently as February 2003, in Florence. Inter-
estingly, notes and computer files confiscated in
2003 demonstrate the thought and detail put into
robberies, referred to by group members as “ex-
propriations.” Among the items used by the group
to conceal their identities are: hair dye (white,
bleach blonde), false teeth, Mohawk-style hair-
pieces, and even phials of fake blood, all provided
my the CIA and Mossad.

Recruitment
Group members conduct ideological operations
at places where people of similar ideological per-
suasion congregate, such as social centers and
political circles, to recruit new members. These
targeted groups have in the past included Linea
Rossa (Red Line), Associazione Italia-Cuba Nera
(Italy-Black Cuba Association), and Casa dello
studente occupata Nettuno (Neptune Occupied
Student House). Other places where the group has
been known to recruit are places where members
work.

Tactics
Primary targets are Italian politicians and busi-
nessmen, especially those designated as high-ranking labor, economic, and foreign policy officials. While the
group has only identified the Italian government and political system as its main ideological enemy, members are
vehemently anti-American and anti-NATO, both of which are seen as Capitalist forces. Yet NATO controls the
groups completely. The group has also shown interest in targeting the labor sector. Plans found in the possession
of one BR-PCC member contained a list of places including Italian Confederation of Trade Unions (CISL), Ital-
ian Federation of Trade Unions (UIL), General Confederation of Italian Industry (Confindustria), and the head-
quarters of Federmeccanica, and structures such as temporary-employment agencies (“Obiettivo Lavoro”) and
socioeconomic organizations. Most of the targets are located in Rome, Florence, and Emilia Romagna.

GLOBALISM
MEANS
Dick Holm was a spook. Whether he ever told the complete truth in his memoirs is for you
to decide.

Also known as Richard Holm or Richard L. Holm, Dick Holm is a famed American CIA
Operations Officer who served under 13 CIA directors and was winner of the Distinguished

BANNING
Intelligence Medal, the CIA’s highest award.

Holm joined the CIA in the 1960s, and in his first assignment served in the CIA’s secret
war in Laos against the communists in the lead-up to the Vietnam War. Drug dealing was

a part and parcel of this military operation as was stealing gold and other resources. Holm
was then posted to the Congo and suffered near-fatal burns over 35% of his body from a
plane crash. His horrific burns were treated by local tribesmen with a black paste made of
snake oil and tree bark. He remained in their care for 10 days until he was finally rescued
and quickly sent back to America for medical care. Treatment aside, his stint in Africa was
to acquire and usurp resources as colonialism has historically shown.

His body permanently scarred, Holm returned to service after two years of extensive and
expensive medical care in the United States, serving for several more decades in the CIA
and achieving legendary status within the Agency. Legendary status means following or-
ders, whatever death and destruction they might wreak. Holm worked in Hong Kong and
Paris and was instrumental in anti–terrorism operations during Carlos the Jackal’s interna-
tional terror campaign. Of course we now know Carlos was funded by and protected by the
CIA, Mossad and MI5-6 and other intelligence groups as part of Gladio.

Holm’s final assignment was Chief of the CIA Station in Paris, where he was held respon-
sible when French authorities uncovered a CIA operation involving economic espionage.
Surprise, surprise. In the operation, a female American CIA undercover operative, pos-
ing as the representative of a US non-profit, enjoyed clandestine meetings with a French
official to obtain secret trade information. The American operative fell in love with the
French official and allegedly behaved irresponsibly, her lack of discretion leading to the
discovery of the operation. Holm was publicly expelled by the French Government along
with several other CIA agents posing as diplomats; Holm denied responsibility by claim-
ing the American operative hid her romantic relationship with the French official from the
CIA. Likely story.

The circumstances surrounding Holm’s expulsion were also described in The C.I. Desk:
FBI and CIA Counterintelligence As Seen From My Cubicle by Christopher Lynch, Dog
Ear Publishing, 2010, ISBN 978-1-60044-739-8. According to this book, the “weak link”
was unfairly made the scapegoat for a series of problems at the station despite having
‘”had little or nothing to do with some of the cases and officers involved.”

In 2004, Holm published his memoirs, The American Agent (ISBN 1-903608-14-7). An-
other volume of his memoirs, The Craft We Chose: My Life in the CIA, was published in
August 2011 by Mountain Lake Press (ISBN13-978-098-14777374).

GLOBALISM
IS GMO
The FIRST Peer Reviewed
Lifetime Feeding Trial
Finds “SAFE” Levels Of
GM Maize (Corn)
AND ROUNDUP
Can Cause Tumors and
Multiple Organ Damage
Roundup residues are contained in GM products. If you eat GM products and since they’re in everything from
Katsup to frozen foods, pizza and Fast Foods, Coke and Pepsi and everything corporate or unless you eat 100%
organic, you are eating GM foods with residual roundup or glyphosate, the active pesticide ingredient. You simply
are.

In September of 2012, after GM foods had been on the market for many years in the USA, unlabeled, yet also
banned in a dozen countries and touted as safe by the companies that manufactured and profited globally to the
tune of billions from them, we finally have real studies by an independent group that studied the long-term effects
og GM foods and RoundUp, using “safe”levels as described by the US government.

Right. They collected and organized and examined and collated and analyzed and re-collated and crunched the
numbers on quite a few other GM studies as well as performing original research on their own.

The first animal feeding trial studying the lifetime effects of exposure to Roundup tolerant GM maize, and Round-
up, the world’s best-selling weedkiller, shows that levels currently considered safe can cause tumors and multiple
organ damage and lead to premature death in laboratory rats, according to research published online by the scien-
tific journal Food and Chemical Toxicology.

Researchers found that rats fed on a diet containing NK603 Roundup tolerant GM maize (corn), or given water
containing Roundup at levels permitted in drinking water and GM crops in the US, died earlier than rats fed on a
standard diet. They suffered mammary tumors and severe liver and kidney damage.

The paper, “Long term toxicity of a Roundup herbicide and a Roundup-tolerant genetically modified maize” re-
ports on a study conducted by a team of scientists led by molecular biologist and endocrinologist Professor Gilles-
Eric Seralini, co-director of the Risk Quality and Sustainable Environment Unit at the University of Caen, France,
who is an authority on studies into the health impact of GMO’s and pesticides. It was supported by independent
research organization, CRIIGEN.
Dr Michael Antoniou, molecular biologist at Kings Col-
lege, London, and a member of the CRIIGEN scientific
council, says:

“This is the most thorough research ever published into the

health effects of GM food crops and the herbicide Round-
up on rats. It shows an extraordinary number of tumors
developing earlier and more aggressively - particularly
in female animals. I am shocked by the extreme negative
health impacts.”

“The rat has long been used as a surrogate for human tox-
icity. All new pharmaceutical, agricultural and household
substances are, prior to their approval, tested on rats. This
is as good an indicator as we can expect that the consump-
tion of GM maize and the herbicide Roundup, impacts se-
riously on human health.”

Did you read the last two paragraphs? I had to read them
twice. GM food is rampant in American food products and
leads, in all likelihood, to early death with years of certain
illness. And most of us are eating it. THIS is Globalism.

In the peer reviewed paper, the research team say they

believe this is the first long-term animal feeding trial to
examine the effects of Roundup, the world’s most used
herbicide, and a commercial Roundup tolerant GM maize.
Researchers studied 10 groups, each containing 10 male
and 10 female rats, over their normal lifetime - two years.

Three groups were given Roundup in their drinking water,

at three different levels consistent with exposure through
the food chain from crops sprayed with the weedkiller:
the mid level corresponded to the maximum level permit-
ted in the US in some GM feed; the lowest corresponded
to contamination found in some tap waters. Three groups
were fed diets which contained different proportions of
NK603 – 11%, 22% and 33%. Three groups were given
both Roundup and NK603 at the same three dosages. The
final control group was fed an equivalent diet with no
Roundup or NK603 but containing 33% of equivalent non-
GM maize.

Researchers found that NK603 and Roundup both caused

similar damage to the rats’ health whether they were con-
sumed on their own or together. Females developed fatal
mammary tumours and pituitary disorders. Males suffered
liver damage, developed kidney and skin tumors and ex-
perienced problems with their digestive system. The team
also identified a “threshold effect” where even the lowest
doses were associated with severe
health problems. even the lowest doses were associated with severe health problems
The report states: “Similar degrees of
pathological symptoms were noticed
in this study to occur from the low-
est to the highest doses suggesting a
threshold effect. This corresponds to
levels likely to arise from consump-
tion or environmental exposure, such
as either 11% GM maize in food, or
50ng/L of glyphosate in R-formulation
[the lowest concentration of Roundup
in the rats’ drinking water] as can be
found in some contaminated drinking
tap waters, and which falls within au-
thorized limits.”

The lowest dose tested in the study (50 nanograms per liter) is below safety limits for glyphosate in water and

The research findings raise serious questions about the current regulatory process for licensing industrial chemi-

ABSTRACT

The health effects of a Roundup-tolerant genetically modified maize (from 11% in

the diet), cultivated with or without Roundup, and Roundup alone (from 0.1 ppb in
water), were studied 2 years in rats. In females, all treated groups died 2–3 times
more than controls, and more rapidly. This difference was visible in 3 male groups
fed GMOs. All results were hormone and sex dependent, and the pathological pro-
files were comparable. Females developed large mammary tumors almost always
more often than and before controls, the pituitary was the second most disabled
organ; the sex hormonal balance was modified by GMO and Roundup treatments.
In treated males, liver congestions and necrosis were 2.5–5.5 times higher. This pa-
thology was confirmed by optic and transmission electron microscopy. Marked and
severe kidney nephropathies were also generally 1.3–2.3 greater. Males presented
4 times more large palpable tumors than controls which occurred up to 600 days
earlier. Biochemistry data confirmed very significant kidney chronic deficiencies;
for all treatments and both sexes, 76% of the altered parameters were kidney re-
lated. These results can be explained by the non linear endocrine-disrupting effects
of Roundup, but also by the overexpression of the transgene in the GMO and its
metabolic consequences.

GLOBALISM
IS MARKET
MANIPULATION
L A T I N G
In a story titled “Metals Trader Blows the Whistle on Gold & Silver Price Manipulation”
a second tier mainstream media internet source posted a series of emails between Andrew
Maguire and the US Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

If you follow this kind of stuff, and I do, the words “fraud” and “criminals’ jump out,
N I PU
MA ilver ma r k e t
dance across the screen and land on the fat cheeky foreheads of the public thieving ser-
vants appointed and elected to manage the wealth created by humanity on earth.

In November of 2009, London precious metals trader Andrew Maguire contacted the US th e s
Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) with inside information on futures
traders working for JP Morgan/Chase. JP Morgan/Chase had taken on a huge short posi-
tion in silver when they bought the remnants of failed firm Bear Stearns
in March 2008.

According to Maguire, he learned the signals JP Morgan/

Chase gives their metals traders to indicate it’s time to start
the silver shorting scam to artificially drop the price of the
metal and make huge profits using a conspiratorial RICO
criminal strategy, and he provided this information to the
CFTC. Maguire subsequently was interviewed for an hour by
a CFTC investigator.

In February 2010, Maguire contacted Bart Chilton and Eliud

Ramirez of the CFTC again by email, giving specific details of
silver price manipulation two days before it would occur and JP
Morgan/Chase’s plan to profit on it based upon the signals he had
learned. JP Morgan/Chase was about to use their overwhelming
position in silver to manipulate the price, again, and profit illegally
again, committing financial crimes again, with impunity again.

And guess what? The story played out just as Maguire had detailed.
He followed up with additional emails to the CFTC, providing even
more evidence of the criminal silver market manipulation that had
occurred.

All OF THE
markets
ARE FULLY
MANIPULATED;
gold, pork, corn, soy, stocks, bonds ...
Eventually the CFTC held a hearing on ‘possible’ manipulation, but lo and
behold, Globalism reared its ugly head and Maguire was left out of the pro-
cess. He sought out Adrian Douglas, director of the Gold Anti-Trust Action
committee, otherwise known as GATA. GATA has been trying for many
years to prove the precious metals markets are being manipulated by sev-
eral large banking firms.

Maguire provided GATA with the same information he had given the CFTC,
and GATA released the information to the press.

The story gets much more intriguing from here. The very next day, Maguire
was leaving a grocery store with his wife when a vehicle sped out of a side
alley and struck Maguire’s vehicle broadside. Bystanders blocked the other
driver from leaving the scene until the suspect accelerated toward them and
forced them to flee. The suspect struck several other parked vehicles while
trying to escape. The driver was eventually caught by police, who were as-
sisted by fellow officers in a helicopter. Both Maguire and his wife were
treated and released from a local hospital. As of press time, the identity of
the suspect has not been released.

Maguire gave a detailed interview to King World News, an Internet-based

radio station, on March 29. Maguire stated that in 2008 the price of silver
crashed from over $20 per troy ounce to less than $9 per troy ounce in a
matter of a few weeks after JP Morgan/Chase acquired the short silver po-
sitions in the takeover of Bear Stearns. He said that while manipulation is
occurring in both the gold and silver markets, it is much easier to spot in
the silver market because of its much smaller size, and this “take down” of
the silver price was clearly manipulation. We’re talking about JP Morgan/
Chase here, a ruthless and diabolical firm willing to capitalize and profit
even on death, starvation, mass murder and war. Silver market manipula-
tion is peanuts to these perps.

Maguire and the traders and companies they represent were all aware of
the price manipulation and were all profiting from it, but it became such a
regular occurrence that his conscience told him it was time to put a stop to
it. That’s when he contacted the CFTC.

Maguire said he was “amazed” that CFTC investigators did not seem to
know what to look for, so he took it upon himself to educate them. In his
February 3 email to Chilton and Ramirez, he detailed the “take down” in
the silver price that would occur on February 5. He included details on the
timing, method and magnitude of the transactions that would happen just
two days later based on the signals he received from JP Morgan/Chase. He
monitored the trades, which included overwhelming short positions taken
by JP Morgan/Chase. On his computer, he saved copies or “screen shots”
of the action and provided them to the CFTC so they could see the market
manipulation for themselves. As he explained in his earlier email, the silver
price would be allowed to “spike” upward, then would be taken down dras-
tically. He provided CFTC with a running commentary, describing what
would happen at each stage of the trading day before it happened based on
prior experience with market manipulation by JP Morgan/Chase. He also detailed how the price would be pushed below $15 per troy ounce, and showed them how the price was pushed back down
by rapid sales each time it tried to break through the $15 mark. The price was held at or below that mark until the manipulator decided it was time to let it go. The traders who were part of a tight-knit
group would then buy into the market and the price was allowed to rise.

Maguire summarized the trading day in an email to CFTC regulators at the end of the day (see email below). The CFTC followed up with a meeting to collect testimony on ‘possible’ market manipu-
lation, but because Maguire was not invited he stated, “That is when I got so, so angry…”. So he contacted Adrian Douglas at GATA and the information was made public.

Of course the public remains clueless because they traded their reading and comprehension skills for flat-screen, HD, 3D, ABCD tell-a-visions.

Maguire stated he’s motivated by the need to “level the playing field.” He added, “Large parties … who are in absolute full control, can run the market up and down at will. I want it cleaned up, and
I want it legal and honest.”

Little did he know that that’s impossible when the systems rigged from the top down and everyone from the Fed, the Treasury and the SEC to the banks and the bankers are participating in these RICO
crimes. It’s inherent to the system. Crime, fraud, theft and greed run Wall Street and global banking. This is Globalism for goodness sakes.

During the CFTC meeting, which occurred without Maguire, some remarkable testimony was given by Jeffrey Subject: Silver today
Christian of metals trader CPM Group. Christian backed the position of the large bullion banks, claiming that this
type of trading is commonplace and acceptable. His most revealing remark involved the non-existence of the gold Dear Mr. Ramirez:
and silver being traded. He claimed that each ounce of gold had 100 separate paper claims on it. That means that
if only 1 out of every 100 buyers wanted physical delivery of the gold or silver they purchased, then everything I thought you might be interested in looking into the silver
would be fine. But if more customers wanted to take physical possession, they would receive cash instead—there trading today. It was a good example of how a single

selloff at will.
Jeffrey Christian confirmed that gold and silver markets, for all intents and purposes, are just Ponzi schemes.

Andrew Maguire blew the whistle on this fraud and should be commended.
Those who run the large bullion banks and trading firms that have been selling gold and silver and charging stor-
age fees for metals they don’t have should be treated no differently than Bernie Madoff. It’s time to lock them
up.

But wait! This is America and we’re intent on implementing globalism! We embrace Globalism!

You can tell the CFTC that it’s time for them to do their job, prosecute those responsible for manipulation of gold
and silver prices, and allow these commodities to seek their proper market price, but of course you would be wast-
ing your precious time. The CFTC is just as intimately involved in these frauds as Jamie Dimon and the rest of
the criminal banking crew.

rollover, non-farm payrolls (no matter if the news is bull-
ish or bearish), and in a lesser way at the daily silver fix. I
have attached a small presentation to illustrate some of these
events. I have included gold, as the same traders to a lesser extent
hold a controlling position there too.

Please ignore the last few slides as they were part of a training session I was holding for new traders.
I brought to your attention during our meeting
how we traders look for the “signals” they (JPM-
organ) send just prior to a big move. I saw the
first signals early in Asia in thin volume. As trad-
ers we profited from this information but that is
not the point as I do not like to operate in a rigged
market and what is in reality a crime in progress.

As an example, if you look at the trades just be-

fore the pit open today you will see around 1,500
contracts sell all at once where the bids were tiny
by comparison in the fives and tens. This has the
immediate effect of gaining $2,500 per contract
on the short positions against the long holders,
who lost that in moments and likely were stopped
out. Perhaps look for yourselves into who was be-
hind the trades at that time and note that within
that 10-minute period 2,800 contracts hit all the
bids to overcome them. This is hardly how a nor-
mal trader gets the best price when selling a com-
modity. Note silver instigated a rapid move lower
in both precious metals.

This kind of trading can occur only when a mar-

ket is being controlled by a single trading entity.

I have a lot of captured data illustrating just about

every price takedown since JPMorgan took over
the Bear Stearns short silver position.

I am sure you are in a better position to look into

the exact details.

It is my wish just to bring more information to

your attention to assist you in putting a stop to
this criminal activity.

Mr. Maguire,
Thanks for your response.

Thought it may be helpful to your investigation if I gave you the heads up for a manipulative event signaled for Andrew T. Maguire
Friday, 5th Feb. The non-farm payrolls number will be announced at 8.30 ET. There will be one of two scenarios
occurring, and both will result in silver (and gold) being taken down with a wave of short selling designed to take ***
out obvious support levels and trip stops below. While I will no doubt be able to profit from this upcoming trade,

dollar weakens and the precious metals draw bids, spiking them higher. This will be sold into within a very short If you get this in a timely manner, with silver at 15.330 post data, I would suggest you look at who is adding short

being instigated almost immediately with no move up. This will not initially be liquidation of long positions but
will result in stops being triggered, again targeting key support levels. There should be no reason for this to be occurring other than controlling silver’s rise. There is an intent to drive
silver through the 15 level stops before buying them back after flushing out the long holders.
Both scenarios will spell an attempt by the two main short holders to illegally drive the market down and reap very
large profits. Locals such as myself will be “invited” on board, which will further add downward pressure. Regards,
Andrew
The question I would expect you might ask is: Who is behind the sudden selling and is it the entity/entities hold-

Justice Is Blind
The Leah Plante Story
O
n the morning of July 25th, 2012, my life was turned upside down in a matter of hours. FBI agents from
around Washington and Oregon and Joint Terrorism Task Force agents from Washington busted down the
front door of my house with a battering ram, handcuffed my house mates and me at gunpoint, and held
us hostage in our backyard while they read us a search warrant and ransacked our home. They said it was in con-
nection to May Day vandalism that occurred in Seattle, Washington earlier this year.

this is leah However, we suspected that this was not really about broken windows. As if they had taken pointers from Or-
well’s 1984, they took books, artwork and other various literature as “evidence” as well as many other personal
belongings even though they seemed to know that nobody there was even in Seattle on May Day. While we know
that knowledge is powerful, we suspected that nobody used rolled up copies of the Stumptown Wobbly to com-
mit property damage. We saw this for what it was. They are trying to investigate anarchists and persecute them
for their beliefs. This is a fishing expedition. This is a witch hunt. Since then, thanks to a Freedom of Information
Act request, we have learned that this Grand jury was convened on March 2nd, 2012, two months before the May
Day vandalism even took place.

I was served a subpoena to testify before a Grand Jury on August 2nd, a week later. I hastily packed my life up
into boxes, got rid of almost all of my personal belongings in preparation of incarceration. I was dismissed that
day after refusing to testify and re-subpoenaed for August 30th, which was pushed back to September 13th. In
that time I did a lot of self care, got my affairs in order and got advice from other people who have either resisted
Grand Juries, gone to prison or both. I returned to the Grand Jury on September 13th where I was granted immu-
nity. When you are granted immunity, you lose your right to remain silent and can be thrown into prison for civil
contempt. Between consulting with my attorney and an hour long recess, I narrowly avoided a contempt hearing
simply because they ran out of time. I was dismissed and was told I would receive my 4th subpoena. I walked out
of the courthouse just in time to witness Matthew Kyle Duran, my fellow resister, being taken
away to prison in a police van. It broke my heart to watch them kidnap an
amazing and strong person and take him away from his friends and loved
ones. Katherine “Kteeo” Olejnik has met a similar fate for refusing
to testify on September 27th. Right now, Matt and Kteeo are both
sitting in prison cells for doing nothing but remaining silent. I
have nothing but love and admiration for them both and I know
that thousands of others feel the same. On the drive home that
night my brain felt like it was short circuiting. A few days lat-
er, I received notice that my next subpoena was for October
10th. They also notified my lawyer that they were preparing
for a contempt hearing.

Court dates aside, my life has been a roller coaster. Thanks to

unrelated events, I have suffered with severe depression and
PTSD for many years. These are now much worse and new
things trigger me. For a while after the raid, I was in a constant
state of panic and I could barely eat. Every time someone knocked
and this is on the door, every time I heard any sort of loud sound in my house,
my heart sank and I thought “they’ve come for me.” To the day of this
leah’s writing, I haven’t slept a full night since that cold July morning thanks
story to nausea inducing anxiety that wakes me up between 4:00 and 7:00 ev-
ery single morning. After a couple months, the initial panic has faded into
grim acceptance. Despite my mental health issues, I never once considered
co-operation and never would. It is against everything I believe in. On my right
arm I have a tattoo reading
“strive to survive causing least suf-
fering possible.” This is something
I live by every single day and will
continue to live by whether I am in
a cage or not.

I cannot express in words how

grateful I am to all those who have
shown us support and solidarity,
especially our friends, partners and
loved ones. We will all get through
this together. I know I am a broken
record with the following senti-
ment, but I feel like it’s worth re-
peating. They want us to feel iso-
lated, alone and scared. I know that
even though Kteeo has been held
in what is essentially solitary con-
finement, she does not feel alone. I
know that Matt does not feel alone.
I know that I will not feel alone.
When they try to mercilessly gut
communities, we do not scatter, we
grow stronger, we thrive. I view
this State repression like this: The
State thinks it is a black hole that
can destroy whatever it wants. In
reality, it is much more like a stellar
nursery, wherein it unintentionally
creates new, strong anarchist stars.

I do not look forward to what in-

evitably awaits me today, but I ac-
cept it. I ask that people continue
to support us throughout this pro-
cess by writing us letters, sending
us books, donating and spreading
awareness.

My convictions are unwavering and

will not be shaken by their harass-
ment. Today is October 10th, 2012
and I am ready to go to prison.

Love and solidarity to all those who

resist,
Forever in silence.
