RE : REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE OF COLLECTION OF OVERDUE

ACCOUNTS OF VARIOUS EMPLOYEES OF THE OTON MUNICIPAL
GOVERNMENT

Dear Mayor Flores,

Greetings !

This is a plea for assistance from your good office regarding the collection for
payment of long overdue accounts of the employees of the various government
offices of which you have control of. (list is hereto attached for your reference).

These collectibles were loans granted to these employees by the Racso’s Bank
originally owned by the Garin’s, now by Imperial Bank. At present our officer is
under audit by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (the BSP) and these loan
accounts have already been referred to our legal counsel for filing of the
necessary action in court, however, we would like to exhaust all efforts possible
to avoid the rigors of court litigation.

In this regard, may we request assistance from your good office for a salary
deduction with their conformity thru your endorsement and approval? We believe
that this last recourse will prove beneficial both to the concerned employees as
well as to our bank.
