TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that Sri Jyoti Ranjan Sutar S/O- Narayan Sutar At-Sarei,
Chudakuti Po- Palasa Via- Dhamnagar, Ps- Dhamnagar Dist- Bhadrak has
approached to this Panchayat for getting no objection certificate to set up a
SABITRI FLY ASH BRICKS Manufacture Unit in the name style of M/S: SABITRI
FLY ASH BRICKS proosed to be set up at-cudakuti Mouza on Khata No.350/44
and plot no.1020 area Ac 1.55 decimile. On part of the area.

The matter has been discussed in the last panchayat meeting held on
_______________ and after careful consideration it is decided by the
committee that this panchayat has no objection over the unit if started by Sri
Jyoti Ranjan Sutar on the scheduled land mentioned above. The ommittee
authorised the Sarpanch to issue No Objection Certificate under his signature
with the following terms and conditions.

1. That the enterprise shall not cause any inconvenient to the local people.
2. The enterprise shall abide by the rules and regulations of the State
Pollution Control Board.
3. The enterprise shall not. encroach to the Govt Land nearby if available.
4. The unit shall pay panchyat annual tax as applicable.
