The Movement of Adventist Students-Adventist Ministry to College and University Students

(MAS-AMiCUS) is a recognized organization of this honourable institution. It is a religious organization
which has the goal to uphold harmonious development of the physical, mental, social, and spiritual
faculties among members.

The said organization will be having a South Philippine Union Conference-Wide MAS-AMiCUS
Convention at Mindanao Mission Academy (MMA), Manticao, Misamis Oriental on October 31-
November 4, 2018 with the theme “Lighting AMiCUS Progressing And Reshaping Action (LAMPARA)”.

The participants of the said activity are the members of MAS-AMiCUS from different schools in
Mindanao including your students who also are members of the organization. The activity is planned
and organized by the Seventh - Day Adventist Church leaders and pastors. Hence, you can assure
that the students’ attendance in this activity is well-known by their parents, friends and other church
members.

The goal of this program is to engage the members in activities that will help them achieve a
better interpersonal relationship among the people around them, thus, contributing to the improved
individual studentship.

In connection with this, we would like to heartily ask for the excuse of the students who will
attend in this event. Their names are attached on the paper next to this page.

We are greatly hoping for the most favoura ble response on this matter.
