VARSITY LOCKER GUIDELINE
1. Varsity lockers must always be locked. Any varsity student who wishes
to use the lockers should use a well-functioning lock. Since lockers are
shared between and among teammates, it is acceptable to share code
and/or key with each other. It is the responsibility of the team to
protect and secure their belongings.
2. Storing of valuable materials inside the varsity locker is discouraged.
Varsity lockers are meant for items needed for training sessions such as,
but not limited to, extra clothes, shoes, towels, toiletries, etc.
3. The following items are NOT allowed inside the varsity lockers:
a. flammable materials, chemicals, explosives or weapons of any kind,
b. alcoholic and /or illegal or controlled substances,
c. perishable items.
4. It is the responsibility of the varsity students and teams to keep the
varsity lockers clean and in good condition.
5. Varsity students and /or teams may NOT, in any way, affix anything to
the interior or exterior of their lockers.
6. Varsity students are required to report any varsity locker damage to the
UA&P Office of Sports Development.
7. UA&P Office of Sports Development reserves the right to open a
varsity locker with or without the consent of the varsity student/s
and/or team/s to whom the locker is registered to in instances wherein
locker procedures are being abused and/or in emergency situations
and/or when safety is jeopardized.
8. Varsity lockers that are not cleaned out within one (1) week after the
announced date will be emptied, and their contents will be disposed of.
9. UA&P Office of Sports Development is not responsible for any lost,
missing, or damaged items, either before or after a varsity locker has
been cleared.
10. Should a varsity student violate any item in the Varsity Locker
Guideline, the UA&P Office of Sports Development reserves the right
NOT to issue varsity lockers to the whole team for one (1) school year.
