The Responsibility of Each Position
Presiden Director
A President Director is assisted by the CFO who heads the ADM (Adminstration)
division and 4 directors from the Sales Division, OMS Division (Optical Media Solutions), VD
Division (Visual Display) and AV Division (Audio Video).
CFO
Chief Finance Officer who heads the ADM (Adminstaration) division is assisted by four
General Managers for four departments, namely:
HRD / GA (Human Resources and Development / General Affairs) Led by a General Manager
who oversees the HRD & GA Department in the Administration division
IT (Information and Technology) Led by a General Manager who oversees the IT Department in
the Administration division.
EXIM (Export & Import) Led by a General Manager who oversees the EXIM Department in the
Administration division.
Accounting General Manager who oversees the Accounting Department in the Administration
division.
OMS Director oversees 6 departments, namely:
PPC (Production Planning Control)
The PPC Department is headed by a manager and this department
responsible for issues of production plans, export plans and finish goods inventory.
QC (Quality Control)
Quality Control is led by a General Manager and this department is responsible for Quality
material that is controlled by the IQC section (Incoming Quality Control), Quality of finished
goods controlled by OQC section (Outgoing Quality Control), the center of work standards and
Quality of finished goods at customers who are controlled by JQE (Join Quality Engineer).
Procurement
The procurement department is led by a General Manager and the department is in charge of
purchasing materials and consumables, material prices, and material control.
Production
The production department is led by a General Manager and this department is responsible for
producing materials until they become finished goods.
Engineering
Engineering department is led by a General Manager and This department supports production
related to technical issues and analyzes the problems that occur in the assembly process in the
production department.
R&D (Research and Development)
The R&D department is led by a General Manager and this department is responsible for
conducting better product research and development so that the products produced have
competitive competitiveness in terms of both quality and selling price.
