1. Introduction
“Travel with Glance” is the online tourism information system which is travel for recreational
Leisure, family or business purpose, usually of a limited duration. Tourism is commonly associated
with trans_national travel, but may also refer to a travel to another location with in the same country
or intematinally. Tourism has numerous tangible and intangible elements include transportation,
accommodation and other components of a hospitality industry. Major intangible elements realte to
the purpose or motivation for becoming a tourist, such as rest, relaxation the opportunity to meet
new people and experience other cultures, or simply to do something different and adventure.

1.1 Product Scope

We are creating this project to provide best travelling services to the customers and travel agent. To
provide a search platform where a tourist can find their tour places according to there choices.

2. Overall Description
2.1 Product Functions

 To develop a web based services to the customers and travel agents.

 To provide a best travelling sevices to the customers
 To provide a search platform where a tourist can find their tour places according to there
choices.
 To promote responsible and interesting tourism so that people can enjoy their holidays at
there favorable places.
 To develop tourism with different cultures so that they enrich the tourism experonces and
build pride
 To provide a better way to connect with various events.

2.2 Assumptions

➢ The Software is for all the user.

➢ The Problem Specified in the Description is unique.
➢ The User will take full answerability

3. External Interface Requirements

3.1 User Interfaces

➢ At beginning a dialog box will prompt which will ask for user id and password which will
be same as students reg. no. and password associated with it .

➢ Once the user log's in to the system then another dialog box will be prompted which will
have 4 specific sections (for example . . . .cleaning , electrician and many more ...) .

➢ Once user clicks any sections he / she will be redirected to the dialog box associated with the
problem he chooses .in this dialog box the mostly page will be covered with check boxes and radio
buttons which user can select whatever problem he / she has and at the button of this there will be a
text area where he / she can elaborate the problem /

➢ After that a next button will be provided to the user and then in this dialog box he / she will
be asked for the room no. and some details like the date since the problem is there and many more
basic details like this...

➢ And then the last page will be there where he will be asked to rate his or her experience
about the application and a buttons which will be used to submit the complain .

4. System Features
The System Features are Firstly Providing a user friendly interface for the users so that they don’t
find it difficult to register their complaint ,and secondly that the required authorities can work upon
it and solve it as soon as possible , also it is a much more convenient to keep a track record of what
all activities has taken place if required.

5.Other Nonfunctional Requirements

5.1 Performance Requirements

➢ First window will be a Login ID and Password page for getting a access to the portal by only
authorized personal
➢ Then the User needs To Select the Category i.e for which specific thing the use wants to
register.
➢ After that the Page will contain Text Fields and Text Areas so as the user can describe what
all problems they are specifically facing .
➢ On the next page they will be asked about their details like name , phone number and Room
number
➢ At the end they need to Submit their Request , So that it can be resolved.

5.2 Security Requirements

The only security that is required in this Software Project is that , the intended users i.e the Students
living in the hostel must have a login ID and Password , which is already there in the database , and
also it is to be sure that only authorized personal should get access to all the complaints.

5.3 Software Quality Attributes

One of the Software quality is that is very easy to understand and used by the user also that it also
helps in keeping a track record which is easy to search from.
