Responsibilities:

➢ Review of PFD, PID, Heat and Mass Balance, Location Plan, Basic Equipment Layout, Hazardous area
classification of LNG Regasification Terminal.
➢ Hydraulic calculations and line sizing.
➢ Process Risk review
➢ Technical evaluation & recommendation for equipment/piping item etc.
➢ Troubleshooting Process problems
➢ Participate Detailed Process Safety Study like QRA, HAZOP & SIL classification study, What if Analysis
of LNG terminal.
➢ Review Detail Engineering drawings for Equipment, Piping Plan, Layout & Isometrics.
➢ Pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of Jetty-2 Unloading Lines, ONGC RICH and LEAN LNG
Network and Ph-3A & B1 expansion project including LNG Tanks commissioning.
 ➢ To Prepare a SOP & lock sheet regarding Isolation of Equipment.
➢ Having knowledge of process engineering simulators like Simsci- Pro-II.
➢ Having knowledge of applicable codes & standards.
➢ Ensure safe handling of start-ups, shutdown and emergency scenarios as per standard operating guide
lines.
