1-Aim:-

This study relies on to renew the student's concept of procurement methods and contracts used in
major construction projects. This innovation includes knowledge of the factors affecting the
system of buying options and the relative strengths and weaknesses of each species. In-depth
operation and management of the standard model of construction and civil engineering contracts.

The objective of the project is to work with one responsibility as well as arrange the procurement
strategy to minimize risks and reduce project duration.

b. Procurement Assessment Criteria:-

1- Traditional Methods
Is a global approach that includes a set of advanced methods used to plan, assess and
monitor activities. The purpose of these methods is to achieve the desired results on time,
according to specifications, within the budget.
2- Design and Build
Where the main contractor designs and builds the work, unlike the traditional contract
where the client hires a design consultant for the design and then the contractor is assigned
to build the term describing the procurement path assigned to.
3- Construction Management
Construction management is an executive in which the business is built by a number of
different commercial contractors. These commercial contractors are contracted with the
client but are managed by a construction manager.
3- Options of relevant review:-

From the scenario data, the appropriate procurement strategy for this project is determined. You
need to understand the basics and objectives of the project, taking into account the pros and cons
of the project.

4- Appropriate selection of a procurement:

Each project contains the client and the client needs a design team consisting of a quantity
