8.1 Provision of Perimeter Planting
1. A space for perimeter planting shall be provided along the lot boundary of the proposed development with minimum width of space for perimeter planting shall be 3.1 metres.

2. The space for perimeter planting shall be used for planting of trees that acts as buffer zones

3. The space for perimeter planting shall be free from any utility lines.

4. Perimeter planting on floor structures on ground level shall have a soil depth of at least 1.6 metres

5. A space for perimeter planting is not required in areas that form entry and exit routes. However, a space for perimeter planting at the front boundary may be provided if the
