*Note: begitu juga dengan yang Past, Future, dan Past Future

Present = Sedang terjadi

Past = Lampau
Future = Masa depan
Past Future = Masa depan dalam perspektif masa lalu (rencana)

CIRI TENSES AKTIF

1. Present : V1 s/es
2. Past : V2
3. Future : will + Vbi (bare infinitive/verb murni)
4. Continous : be + Ving
5. Perfect : have + V3

A. PRESENT
1) Simple Present = S + V1 s/es
V1 s/es

2) Present Continous = S + (am/is/are) + Ving

V1 s/es be + Ving
3) Present Perfect = S + has/have + V3
V1 s/es Have + V3

4) Present Perfect Continous = S + has/have + (been) + Ving

V1 s/es Have + V3 be + Ving

B. PAST
1) Simple Past = S + V2
V2

2) Past Continous = S + (was/were) + Ving

V2 be + Ving

3) Past Perfect = S + (had) + V3

V2 Have + V3

4) Past Perfect Continous = S + (had) + (been) + Ving

V2 Have + V3 be + Ving

C. FUTURE
1) Simple Future = S + will + Vbi
will + Vbi

2) Future Continous = S + will + be + Ving

will + Vbi be + Ving

3) Future Perfect = S + will + Have + V3

will + Vbi Have + V3

4) Future Perfect Continous = S + wil + have + been + Ving

will + Vbi Have + V3 be + Ving
 D. PAST FUTURE
1) Simple Past Future = S + would + Vbi
V2 will + Vbi

2) Past Future Continous = S + would + be + Vbi

V2 will + Vbi be + Ving

3) Past Future Perfect = S + would + have + V3

V2 will + Vbi have + V3

4) Past Future Perfect Continous

V2 will + Vbi have + V3 be + Ving

= S + would + have + been + Ving

1. Ciri - ciri Simple Past = ada keterangan waktunya (last night,
last week, last month, last year, yesterday, two days ago,...)

2. Penggunaan Have/Has
Have (I, You, We, They)
Has (He, She, It)

3. V2 dari be adalah Was/Were

Was (I, He, She, It)
Were (You, We, They)

4. V2 dari Will adalah Would

5. Is, am, are, was, were, be, been → +Ving (pasti bertemu Ving)

6. Have, has, had → +V3 (pasti bertemu V3)
