2. Mounting of the Instrument
2.1 Matters Needing Attention
(1) Instrument needs to install in following environment:
(2) Atmospheric Pressure:8~106kPa
Environment Temperature:0~50℃
Relative Humidity:45~85%RH
(3) During installation, the following items should be paid attention to:
Rapid change of environment temperature may cause dew
Certain corrosive and inflammable gases
Direct shake or impact acting on the main structure of the instrument
Water, oil, chimerical articles, smoke fog or vapor pollution.
Too much dust, salt or metal powder
Direct blowing by air-conditioning or direct projection by sunlight
Accumulating place of heat radiation
2.2 Mounting Process
(1)According to the needed hole size for install, cut out the rectangle holes on the
panel for mounting the instruments.
( 2 ) When installing the
instruments more than one, the
distance between two edges of the
holes should be larger than 25mm in
horizontal direction and than 30mm in
vertical direction.
( 3 ) Insert the instrument into the
hole on the panel.
( 4 ) Insert mounting holder in the slot
for mounting the instruments.
( 5 ) Push tightly the mounting
holder to connect the instrument and the
panel firmly.

3 Wiring
3.1 Notices of Wiring
(1) For thermocouple input, the compensate line corresponding to the type of the
t thermocouple is needed to usage
(2) For thermo-resistance input, the three conducting wires with identical and low electric
resistance and identical length for connecting the thermo-resistance are needed.
(3)The input signal line should be mounted separated from the instrument’s power line, power
supply line and load line for avoiding leading-in the electromagnetism interference.
⑤SHIFT KEY:
This key is used to select the place of the parameter and the On/Off state of the control output in
the light of requirements of user.
⑥ DIGITAL ADJUSTING KEY:▲ and▼
Used to adjust the digits and Start/Quit of the Auto-tuning state

5. Operation
5.1 Sequence of the variety of functions
Put on Power
Upper Row Displays ( Inp ), Lower Row Displays Calibration Mark (the type of
Sensor)
Display of Input Range: After about 4 seconds of display, the automatic conversation accomplished
Upper Row displays the upper limit of range , Lower Row displays Lower limit of
range
Standard Display Mode: Automatically returning if not press Key about 1 minute
Upper Row displays Measurement Value, lower Row displays Setting value
Press the Function Key more than 4 seconds Updating Control Parameter
Upper Row is the function code , Lower Row is the control parameter

the AT indicator turn off and then the system obtains a new set of PID parameters and the
instrument can operate according to this new set of PID parameters and this set of PID
parameters would save automatically in the controller.
On/Off Control: When the instrument has provided the function of ON/OFF, under the PV/SV
display state if pressing the KEY more than 4 seconds, the control output and indication
stop, the SV window display OFF. Again press KEY more than 4 seconds, the normal
control output is restored
