Opening up the Voice

Releases tensions

Body Warm Up - it reduces strain improves fullness of your vocal register register and helps eliminate
vocal fatigue

1. Yawn – allows the throat space to open up


2. Cough - cough gently to relax the lower abdominal muscle
3. Lip roll - helps you to balance your airflow
4. Shake your head while lip rolling – it allows to have gentle contraction
5. Lift your shoulder while doing the lip roll
6. Vocalize
