Phronesis Partners JD - Research Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Research Associate will be responsible for conducting primary research/data collection on

various research projects. Profile includes interviewing high level executive in multinational firms
around the globe. Additionally individual would be responsible for conducting online search to
find contacts using available search engines, directories, reference sites, databases, linkedin etc.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conducting quality B2B phone interviews in North America, UK and Other global
locations
 Contacts building
 Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
 Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details
 Working on the conceptualize and designed project methodology in close coordination
with the manager

 Willingness to work in shifts, including Night Shift

Skills Required:

 Fresh graduate from University of repute

 Strong primary and secondary research skills (Qualitative and Quantitative)
 Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
 Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
 Should have good analysing and presenting skills
 Good Multi-tasking skills
 Self-starter and detail-oriented
 Ability to take end to end ownership of assigned tasks
 Excellent oral and written communications skills

Preferable Candidates: Engineering graduates from any reputed college or university.

 B Tech – (IT, CS, Telecom, EC)

Note- Candidates from Noida, New Ashok Nagar, Mayur Vihar Extn, Phase-1, 2, Patpatgang,
Indrapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhra would be preferred, others to relocate.

Screening Test: The online test would be for about 45-60 minutes followed by Group discussion,
Personal Interview by HR and telephonic round by Business. All above activities will be done on the same
day.
Shortlisted candidate will be invited to our office at Noida sector 62 for a final round interview with our
CMD, post which offer letter will be released.
