Overview
The Executive Director will serve as the primary leader, organization builder and internal
manager for Alisa's Angels Foundation (AAF). They will lead a highly capable senior leadership
team who works collaboratively to manage the day- to-day operations. S/he will lead the
strategic growth and development of the organization as it seeks to find new and different
ways to reach more students in need, deepen its impact and further its reach by building on a
community of support to get the next level. As a strong leader, the Expectation Director will
manage the team to ensure a strong culture inspiring and motivating staff to reach the
highest standards of performance
Responsibilities
Maintain a climate that attracts and retains a talented and diverse staff
Create and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations to facilitate
success of an organization to facilitate success of the organization's financial future
Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of three to five years of executive leadership and strategic planning
experience is preferred.
Experience working with and leveraging a strong and civic-minded board.
Strong people skills and relationship building skills and the ability to multitask while
