ISSUE: 20191116- Supplement 76-MENTAL HEALTH & WATER issues

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the constitution.

**#** INSPECTOR-RIKATI®, I have conducted for 37 years a special lifeline service under
the motto MAY JUSTICE ALWAYS PREVAIL® dealing with people who contemplated
suicide, murder and even mass murder and what was needed was to understand what those
people were about and not as to some CV in mental health issues.

We have this ongoing escalating blow out of mental health issues and one has to consider what is
a common denominator that all those people likely may have?

Every human being requires water and while not everyone may consume UNTREATED
WATER directly they nevertheless may be affected by the usage of UNTREATED WATER
used to grow their cereals, etc.

So the parents sitting down with their children for a health breakfast for cereals may just instead
be sitting down with them to feed the poison food.

* I am aware of this and the possible implications but what is being done on state and/or federal
level to combat this?
**#** Actually this so to say silent killer is left untouched. Politicians will claim we legislated
but what use is it when the legislation is not enforced in the spirit that it was enacted for?
We have PM Scott Morrison unconstitutionally giving $100 million to SA for water from a
desalination plant so as to provide farmers in N.S.W. allegedly with more water, this is well
outside the Section 100 of the constitution provision, and yet it too as like the Victorian
Government ignores the silent water killer.
* What do you suggest?
**#** all local produced food to be randomly tested in a regular manner as to how stock water
and also UNTREATED WATER used in food production affect the quality (for human
consumption) of the food. After all continuously recycling the UNTREATED WATER with the
poison such as Round Up entering the water system and so the food chain we need to deal with
this appropriately.

I understand that Russian President Vladimir Putin refuses to allow Genetically Modified food to
be grown in Russia. In my view the various Australian Government should look at the same.
We have this obesity and I view this might also relate to the range of poisons used to grow food.
I am not a food expert but hold the view that if you eat preservatives as part of the food you
consume then this might result in the preservatives having an effect to retain items that causes
obesity.
* You think this is the so called “silver bullet”?
**#** Well, we have escalations of mental health issues, we have escalation of obesity and so
why not investigate those issues and with it the usage of stock water and/or untreated water used
in growing food? In my view the $100 million would have been better spend on such
investigation. And constitutionally justified because it relates to health issues, to which the
Commonwealth has legislative powers!
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
