To Whom It May Concern: 
 
I am writing to you in regards to Kiara Fitzpatrick. I have had the pleasure of knowing 
and working with Kiara as a student of mine, here at Lake Shore High School during the 
last two years. She is very conscious of doing her best and she is not afraid of asking 
questions to make sure she understands what is expected of her. The effort she puts 
forward into everything she does is of such a high quality. 
  
Kiara is such a personable young lady and she is always focused with the things she has to 
do. She takes great pride in completing her work on time with a fabulous attitude and 
incredible effort. She has made a very positive impact on many other staff members a 
fantastic smile and personality that helps light up a room when she enters. There are so 
many fantastic things I’ve heard from other staff members about her. Her relatability 
factor and dedication is something all of us could learn from. She has an advantage in 
life with her love or anything to do with helping people. She’s got such a great 
connective spirit that will make a huge difference with her future. 
 
I see Kiara as a real difference maker in any type of career field of her choice in the 
future. In our conversations she has told me that she has been open to learning more 
about working in the business field, might even be a business owner herself as she has a 
couple of great ideas for that. She is all about working with and helping people, she is 
very excited for her future. The world needs young people like Kiara, who are of great 
character, endless passion & energy along with focus and willingness to make a difference 
with people. She will be an outstanding positive contributor to any organization or 
educational institution that is smart enough to hire / admit her. Her smile is infectious 
and it helps her to connect to people. These are examples for all of us, no matter our 
age. I am blessed to be able to enjoy being a teacher where I can learn things from 
students and Kiara is an excellent “teacher” herself for people to learn many things. I 
always looked forward to reading her blog post assignments in class, as I know I would be 
able to learn some very valuable & meaningful lessons. She does such a fabulous job 
working with and learning about people from her jobs as a hostess, server, receptionist, 
tutor and school store manager. She has learned so much from each of these positions that 
will help her all throughout her life.   
 
With her determination, energy and incredible attitude, I know she will do a great job 
with anything she puts her mind to. I really hope I get to keep in touch with her once 
she graduates to see all the wonderful things she will be accomplishing in life.
