History Taking
The patient was admitted at the inpatient ward of RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, Jakarta since
21st May 2014, and the history taking was conducted by autoanamnesis with the patient, on 28th
May 2014 (day 8 of inpatient care).

Chief Complaint
The patient was admitted with a chief complaint of a hard mass in the lower right region of the
abdomen since approximately 2 months prior to admission.

Present History of Illness

Since approximately 5 months prior to admission, the patient mentioned of occasionally
experiencing feelings of weakness and fatigue. She also complained of occasional nausea, which
was not accompanied by the presence of vomiting. The patient also experienced fever that was
said to occur variably at random times, and the body temperature was not measured using a
thermometer but was felt to be slightly high. The patient did not experience any pain or bleeding
during defecation, or significant changes in defecation pattern.
