AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION

on Transfer Certificate of Title No. 61473

Lot 906-E-1-B

I, ROBERTO PA-AYAS of legal age, all Filipino with address in 474 Archbishop Reyes
Avenue, Cebu City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and say
to wit that :

1. I am the registered owner of a parcel of land containing a total area of Nine

Hundred Square Meters (900) sq. m covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
61473 of the Registry of Deeds for Cebu City;

2. I have executed a Deed of Absolute Sale of a portion the aforementioned property

containing and area of Six Hundred Square Meters (600 sq. m) in favor of
CATHERINE SY O, of legal age, Filipino, married to Wilson O, Chinese
national, with address in Paray Compound, Kasambagan, Cebu City and
CORAZON GO O, of legal age, Filipino, married to O Hak Hung, Chinese
national, with address in No. 22 Amon Court, Lahug, Cebu City;

3. The sale of the property has been paid in full consideration in the sum THREE
MILLION PESOS (P 3,000,000.00) including taxes, and was issued a Certificate
Authorizing Registration by the Bureau of Internal Revenue;

4. Shortly after, it was discovered that the Right of Way implemented during 1976
was included in the Six Hundred Square Meters (600 sq. m) of the sold property;

5. To rectify the erroneous lot description, a new subdivision plan was prepared by
Geodetic Engineer Anna Marie B. Mayol which is described as follows:

Lot 906-E-1-B; Line 1-2, bearing S 60-30 E; distance 41.94 M; Line 2-3,
bearing S 30-59 W, distance 14.23 M; Line 3-4, bearing N 60-31 W, distance
42.38 M; Line 4-1, bearing N 32-46 E, distance 14.26 M. ;

6. I execute this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for the purpose
of amending the incorrect lot description in the Deed of Absolute Sale and for
whatever legal purposes it may serve;
