ALC Leadership Development for Astrido Pacific Finance

BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES


The Asian Leadership Centre (ALC) was asked by Astrido Pacific Finance to provide a framework for
‘Essence of Leadership’ for Managerial level (15 pax) in 2019. ALC has conducted this type of program
very successful with various clients in Indonesia and we see it as one of our core competencies.

Our short modular leadership development program (three modules, one day each) for Leaders, with
pre- and post-workshop assignments. Best for Senior Leaders who need to learn and apply a new set of
skills and behaviors, but already have a strong foundation. Through the modular process we provide
them the opportunity to learn a certain skillset in module one, apply it, to learn an additional skillset in
module two, apply it, etc. That way learning and change becomes more applicable and sustainable.

We use a distinct combination of workshop-modules, coaching-interactions and survey-tools. Each


interaction builds on the one before and is aligned with company-specific expectations. Through this
approach every participant can maximize the learning for his individual and Astrido Pacific Finance's
leadership development needs.

build on each other and the participants will be engaged in pre- and post-workshop interventions, to
create a sustainable behavioral transformation.

MICHAEL is the founder and Director of PT Asian Leadership


Centre in Indonesia with 20 years of global experience as an
Executive Consultant. As an Executive-Coach and -Facilitator
Michael is working with Senior Executives and Teams to align and
improve their buisiness performance. He brings extensive
Engagement- and Strengths-based Leadership experience in
multinational and local corporations with him. Michael studied in

Director, Executive Indonesia 1993, his family is Indonesian, he speaks fluent Bahasa
Facilitator & Coach Indonesia.

NILA joined PT Asian Leadership Centre in 2009 with a total


experience of 15 year as a Consultant with local and multinational
industries. As Executive-Coach and Facilitator, Nila works with
Senior Leaders and Teams to improve their business performance.
With her experience in multinational leadership environments, she
helps leaders to align, enhance their communication and increase
NILA WIDOWATI engagement within their teams. Before Nila worked as a Consultant
Senior-Facilitator,
Executive Coach (Cyenno Consultant and John Clements Consultant Indonesia),
focused on consumer goods, finance, and IT/telecommunication.

CHITTA is a Senior Facilitator and Executive Coach with PT Asian


Leadership Centre in Indonesia. She is working with leaders for their
individual leadership development through one-on-one coaching
(BOD-1 to BOD-3) as well as facilitating leadership development

programs to increase their effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
Senior-Facilitator, She has 10 years of experience in multinational companies at
Executive Coach
Financial Industry, being the Head of Financial Planning Program,
Head of Basic Sales Course (BSC) Program and Head of Learning
Centre Program.

BINTANG is an experienced Trainer for 17 years, with strong


structural background as Training- and HR Manager in various
industries (MLM, Retail, Pharmacy, Oil and Gas, Geothermal Plant
and Law Firm). Bintang is a certified Trainer from Prasetiya Mulya,
BINTANG RESPATI
Facilitator, certified DISC Analyst from Thomas DISC UK and CBHRM from
Energy-Officer PPM. His profile is completed by being a Behavioral Interview
Specialist from Daya Dimensi Indonesia (DDI), Certified Integrated
Internal Auditor, and a Certified Hypnotherapist from IBH (Indonesia
Board of Hypnotis).

IRENE is a Human Resources Expert/Consultant. She has more than 27 years


of practical and managerial experiences in the Human Resources field in
Indonesia and the United States of America. Irene worked for Standard Chartered
Bank (SCB) Indonesia from May 2006 to June 2009 as the Head of Human
Resource. Her key work areas include developing and coordinating the Talent
Resourcing, Performance Management, Reward and Recognition, Talent
Learning and Development, as well as managing the Banks internal Learning
Centre in line with its aspiration to be the best international bank in Indonesia.
Irene Wuisan
Executive Facilitator & Coach

STEFAN is an experienced Manager, Business owner, Coach and Trainer for


corporate clients in Indonesia. His professional focus lies in helping clients to
achieve results by developing their employees in the areas of Management,
Sales, Leadership and Teaming. During his various career steps in Malaysia and
Indonesia over the last 10 years, he gained deep knowledge about Asian cultures,
people and business environment. In his last position Stefan was a Director in
Nokia Siemens Network, heading a customer service unit with more than 3000
Stefan Ciesielski staff and USD 1 bil. revenue per year.

FALKO has tackled implementation challenges first hand for over 20 years
in organizational transformations. He has a proven implementation track-record
in companies such as Deutsche Telekom, T-Mobile International, Lufthansa and
Daimler Benz/DASA. As a Business Leader and top executive with global
responsibility, hand in hand with the C-suite, he accomplished major
transformations in Strategy Reforms, Mergers, Restructuring, Cost Savings as
well as in Rebranding, Culture & Behaviour Change and Service Excellence.

Heru is an executive and leadership coach, with ınternational certification of


PCC-ICF, and people development facilitator, with strong passion and skill to
develop people and to serve as catalyst and change agent of the people and
organisation, specifically in leadership & coaching where heru has been
delivering training to thousands participants in diverse companies and
industries, and has more than 1,200 hours of coaching experience, including
executive coaching with local and expatriate executives in various industries.
