I, Dr. Sacko Mamadou Camara, on behalf of Lyrix Gold Mining Sarl hereby warrant under full
corporate responsibility and under penalty of perjury that it has legal power and authority to sell
gold as per the following terms and conditions:
PRODUCT: Gold Dust (To be melted to Gold Bars )
PURITY: 22.39 Carat + 97.999% or Better
QUANTITY: 100 Kilos
PRICE FOB: $ 26000 Per 1 Kilogram
ORIGIN: Republic of Mali
CURRENT LOCATION: Bamako
PAYMENT: TT Swift Wire Transfer.
PROCEDURE
1. Seller sends FCO and supporting documentation.
2. Buyer sends Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
3. Buyer and Seller have face to face meeting in seller’s office and make necessary
arrangements for the exporting of the gold.
4. Buyer will pay for all exportation taxes, Government Documentation, Transportation and
Insurance in the seller’s country which is a total of 3%. These costs incurred will be
deducted from the final payment.
5. Seller commences shipment to buyer final refinery. Prior to departure, copy of export
documentation will be sent out to the buyer/ refinery via e mail.
6. Seller’s Rep and Buyer’s Rep will accompany the Gold test trench throughout the delivery
and during the assay in the buyer’s refinery.
7. After smelting and issuing a new assay report, the buyer will transfer the agreed price to
the seller’s bank by swift/wire, less the exportation costs incurred in Procedure #4.
DOCUMENTATION
Seller’s company shall send the Buyer via email, copies of all official documents handed to
Buyer’s authorized Representative, such as:
 Certificate of origin.
 Certificate of ownership.
 Certificate of non-criminal origin and, that the gold is free of all encumbrances.
 Customs declaration and description of boxes quantity weight list describing each
shipment transaction.
 Certificate of assay report issue by the laboratory e.g. geological department.
