Direction: Listed below are the items about the Use of Adornments and Perceived Confidence Among Female
Grade 12 Senior High School Students of UM Tagum College. Please read and evaluate each item using the
scaling presented based on the extent or level of your experience. Mark your answer for the item by checking
the appropriate box of your choice. Please do not leave any item unanswered. Your answer will be treated
with confidentiality and will be reported only as part of this study. The accuracy of the result depends on how
