ABSTRACT

La Ode Hanzal.2017. effectiveness influence of head master leadership and motivation of


teacher celebration about teacher perfomance of state SMK in minahasa regency. ( advisor kommision:
Dr.Mozes M. Wulur, M.pd dan Dr. J. S. J. Lengkong, M.pd)

Factor that influence teacher performance in this research is effectivenes head master
leadreship and working motivation. The purpose of this research Is to know analysis result (1)
effectiveness influence of head master leadership about teacher performance in vocational high school
in regency of minahasa. (2) motivation influence of teacher celebration about the teacher performance
of state vocational high school in minahasa. (3)effectiveness influence of head master ledership and
motivation of teacher perfomance of state vocational high school in regency of minahasa.

This research held by 143 teachers that spread in state SMK in regency of minahasa and making
become sample are 59 teachers. Variable that investigate in this research include effectiveness of head
master leadership, work motivation, and teacher performance. Method of data accumulation that use is
kuesioner method with technique of accumulation data use questionnaire. Methode of analysis data use
descriptive persentage of experiment, experiment of simple analysis regression,experimen of doubled
regression, hypotheses experimen

Descriptively teacher performance state SMK in minahasa regency in high category (77,09%),
effectiveness head master leadership in high category (75,86%),and motivaton of teacher performance
in high category(79,49%). Effectiveness head master leadership and work motivation influentialy
positive significant about teacher performance state SMK in minahasa regency (52,7%) effectiveness
head master leadership influentaly positive significant about teacher performance state SMK in
minahasa regency (25,80%). Motivation of teacher performance influetialy positive significant about
teacher performance state SMK in minahasa regency (45,10%).

Accoding to the conclusion suggesion in order to head master be going to always observe and
motivation the teacher for always increase they’r performance, give extensive apportunity for teacher
to expand karier and creativity
