1. ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga came into being on 5 August 1972, by an
Ordinance/subsequently enacted through legislature, with the name Mithila University,
Darbhanga, to fulfill the long cherished desire and aspirations of the people of Mithila to have
a genuine University promoting the cause of higher education in building up a sound and
healthy Indian National. In February, 1975 after the sad and sudden demise of the Union
Minister of Railways and an illustrious son of Mithila Late Pt. Lalit Narayan Mishra, the
University was renamed in the honour of this great son of the soil as Lalit Narayan Mithila
University, Darbhanga.

2. CAMPUS
The University has a sprawling and picturesque and lush green campus spread over a
wide area of land and building made available by Raj family of Darbhanga on personal efforts
of the then Chief Minister of Bihar, Dr. Jagannath Mishra through land acquisition procedure.
The campus is now named as Kameshwaranagar, after the name of the last Maharajadhiraja of
Darbhanga, Late Dr. Sir Kameshwar Singh.

3. SPECIAL FEATURES

Maharajadhiraj of Darbhanga known as Kameshwar Singh Library, and the other is

4. ABOUT THE DIRECTORATE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION
The Directorate of Distance Education, Lalit Narayan Mithila University,
Kameshwaranagar, Darbhanga was established in the year 1998 with the objective of imparting
flexible, diversified and open system of higher education through distance mode of learning for
all age group & sex who are either employed/semi employed/unemployed/otherwise
handicapped residing in remote areas without any access to higher education and unable to
attend regular classes.
The concept of education through correspondence is the development of 20th century
in India. It is known as a system of non-formal education and fulfills the ever-growing
aspirations of such men and women who otherwise fail to attend to acquire higher education
for their mental growth and equipping themselves with knowledge and skill for obtaining
higher degree for better opportunity in career. It meets the requirements of the developing
country like India where population explosion is the major challenge. The education through
distance mode of learning fulfils the desire of those students who are unable to attend regular
class-room teaching. The distance education, promoted by Directorate of Distance Education
L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga provides facilities of instructional materials for all such
students/candidates, who cannot join regular course of teaching. The institution provides
opportunity to the candidates to enhance their knowledge and obtain academic qualifications.

7. ADMISSION CORNER

7.1 ACADEMIC PROGRAMME

Taking into consideration all aspects of growing populace, apart from conventional subjects,
professional subjects, too, have been undertaken by the Directorate of Distance Education, Lalit
Narayan Mithila University through correspondence. As regards conventional courses/subjects
M.A./M.COM and B.A./B.Com. (Hons), Students of Bachelor's and Master's level will adopt the syllabi
of Directorate of Distance Education as prescribed in course materials. The admitted students are not
asked/required to attend the classes rather they have to prepare themselves for the examination on the
basis of printed study materials supplied/provided to them by Directorate of Distance Education. The
study materials are prepared in accordance with the established norms by Directorate of Distance
Education of the University under the supervision of the subject experts, approved by appropriate body
and serve the purpose of classroom lectures.

7.2 DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME

For Bachelor Programmes


The minimum period, required to complete the Bachelor Programme will be three years
and the maximum period allowed for completion of this particular course will be six years.
After six years, no candidate will be allowed to appear at the Bachelor Programme exam.

For Master Programmes


The minimum period, required to complete the Master Programme will be two years
and the maximum period allowed for completion of this particular course will be four years.
After four years, no candidate will be allowed to appear at the Master Programme examination.
7.3 OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

The Directorate of Distance Education offers programmes leading to Graduate and Post –
Graduate Degrees. These programmes fulfill the learner’s need for improvement of skills, acquisition of
professional qualifications, continuing education & professional development at work place,
diversification and updation of knowledge and empowerment.

7.4 ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

(i) Admission is open to Indian citizens only


(ii) For admission in B.A. (Hons) Programme in any subject (offered by Directorate of Distance
Education, Lalit Narayan Mithila University) the student must have passed 10+2 or Equivalent
Examination
(iii) For admission to B.Com (Hons) programme, a candidate must have passed 10+2 or Equivalent
Examination.
(iv) The candidates desirous of seeking admission in Master's level must have passed Bachelor's
Degree or equivalent examination.
(v) Such candidates shall not be admitted, who, in the opinion of the Vice-Chancellor or the
Director is not fit for admission in the best interest of the Directorate of Distance Education,
Lalit Narayan Mithila University.
(vi) No applicant shall be admitted to the course if he/she does not submit his/her application form
complete in all respect together with the programme fee and other charges within the specified
period of time.

7.5 RESERVATION
Reservation of seats in admission is as per Govt. of Bihar reservation policy.

9. CHANGE/CORRECTION OF ADDRESS
Students seeking any correction/change in their address must intimate through application
for same to the Director, Directorate of Distance Education, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga.
Normally, it takes to 4 to 6 weeks to effect the change during which students have to make own
arrangements to get the mail/consignments re-directed to their changed address.

9.1. CHANGE OF PROGRAMME


Change of programme is within one month of admission without accepting study material.

9.2 CHANGE OF ELECTIVE


Change of elective is permitted within one month of first receipt of study material on
payment of Rs. 200/- per elective by depositing Demand Draft in favour of LNMU Distance
Education Fund A/C, payable at Darbhanga. The Draft must be submitted in the office of Director,
Distance Education, LNMU, Darbhanga. Such students have to return the study material already
received by him/her in good condition and without any marking on them to Director, Distance
Education, L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga – 864 008. The Directorate reserves the right not to
accept study material which are torn or otherwise damaged.

10. VALIDITY OF ADMISSION


Learners who are offered admission must join on or before the due date specified by the
Directorate of Distance Education. In case they want to seek admission for the next session, they have
to apply afresh and go through the admission process again.

11. INCOMPLETE AND LATE APPLICATIONS


Incomplete and late application form received after due date or having learners wrong options
of courses or electives or false information will be summarily rejected without any intimation. The
learners are therefore, advised to fill up the relevant columns carefully and enclose all the self-attested
copies of the necessary certificates to the Director, Distance Education, L. N. Mithila University,
Kameshwaranagar, Darbhanga – 846 008.

12. REFUND OF FEE


The Registration/Programme fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. It is
also not adjustable against any other programme of the DDE. Prospectus once sold will not be
refunded/replaced/exchanged under any circumstances. It is also not adjustable against any other
programme of the DDE.

13. CALENDAR OF ADMISSION

D. For any information, guidance or any type of help required during the period of study, a candidate may
write to Co-ordinator/Programme In-charge or Director, Directorate of Distance Education, L.N.
Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga or may contact on 06272-246506 between 2:30 PM to
3:30 on working days.
E. If any information given by the candidate is found to be wrong, his/her admission may be cancelled and
all charges paid by him/her will be forfeited.
F. Rules and regulations given in this hand book may be amended by the University or Directorate of
Distance Education, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga whenever necessary.
G. Programme Fee may be enhanced at any time as per hike in prices of course materials.

14. DISPUTES ON ADMISSION AND OTHER UNIVERSITY MATTERS
The place of jurisdiction for filing of suit, if necessary, will be only at the Judicature of Hon'ble High
Court, Patna.

15. COURSE MATERIAL PREPARATION


Course material is prepared by teams of experts in the area. The material is scrutinized,
supervised and edited by the experts before final printing. The prepared material is previewed and
reviewed by the faculty as well as outside expert and edited/modified.

16. CREDIT SYSTEM


Directorate of Distance Education follows the Credit System for all its programmes. Each credit
in Distance Education System is equivalent to 30 hrs of student study comprising all activities including
reading, comprehending the print material, attending counseling classes and writing assignment
responses. A four credit course involves 120 hrs of study which is to put in by the learner to
successfully complete a particular programme. Completion of a programme required successful
completion of the assignment, practicals, projects and the Term End Examination in each programmes.

17. SUPPORT SERVICES


Directorate of Distance Education provides support to its learners through Study Centers spread
through out in the Territorial Jurisdiction of LNMU. At the study centers the learners interact with the
Academic Counselor and other learners, refer to books in the library and interact with the Co-ordinator
on Administrative and academic matter.

18. PROGRAMME DELIVERY


The methodology of instructions adopted in distance mode is quite different from that of the
conventional system. Distance Education is more learners oriented and the learner is an active
participant in teaching and learning process. Most of the Instructions are imparted as through distance
education methodology and face-to-face mode as per the requirement.
Directorate of Distance Education follows following component for instructions:
1. Self-instructional written material- The Printed study material is supplied to the learner for both
theory and practical component.
2. Counseling Sessions/Class: Normally Counseling sessions are held as per schedule drawn by the
Directorate and as per academic calendar provided to learners at the time of admission. These
counseling classes are generally held on Sundays and Holidays.
3. Practical/Project Work: A few programmes have practical/project courses also. Practicals will be held
at designated center for which schedule is provided to the learners by the Directorate. Attendance at
practical classes will be compulsory. For project work, project guide, methodology, topic will be
provided to the learner at appropriate time.
4. Dissertation/Viva-Voce: Some programmes of distance mode contain Dissertation and/or Viva-voce,
for which learner will be provided comprehensive information by the Directorate well in advance.

19. INSTRUCTION FOR THE STUDENTS

How to apply for admission:

(i) A copy of the prospectus containing Application Form can be had from the Sale counter of the
Directorate on payment of Rs.400/- (Four hundred) only payable through Bank Challan/DD in
favour of LNMU Distance Education fund A/c payable at Darbhanga . The same can be had
by post also remitting Rs.450/- (Four hundred fifty) only by a Bank Challan/DD of the
nationalized bank only drawn in favour of LNMU Distance Education fund A/c payable at

(ii) A candidate seeking/desirous of admission must fill in the Application form carefully and
enclose all the necessary/relevant papers/documents as mentioned below:
(a) Attested photocopies of all the certificates
(b) Five copies of a recent 3cm x 4cm size colour photograph.
(iii) The application must be signed by the candidate and countersigned by his/her father/guardian
and must be submitted on or before the last date. Any wrong statements or willful suppression
of facts may render the candidate liable to be removed from the roll of Directorate of Distance
Education.
(iv) Original documents are required at the time of admission for verification.

(ii) Caste Certificate in original (For reservation category).
(iii) Challan/DD of programme fee. (in favour of LNMU Distance Education Fund A/C
Payable at Darbhanga).
(iv) Challan/DD of Rs. One hundred for Gandhian Library (in favour of LNMU Distance
Education Fund A/C Payable at Darbhanga).

20. SELECTION

The admission shall be strictly on merit basis. Admission to general programmes shall be made
according to the reservation policy of the Govt. of Bihar.

20.1 IDENTITY CARD

Every student admitted in the Directorate will be issued an Identity Card under the facsimile
signature of the Director or authorized representative of the Directorate. This Identity Card shall remain
valid till the completion of the programme. The Identity Card will entitle the student to have access to
various facilities being offered by the Directorate. The Identity Card will also serve as an entry card to
enter the Directorate premises and access its library and other facilities provided by the DDE. Without
Identity Card, a student may be denied entry to attending counseling and/or practical classes. In case of
loss of an Identity Card, duplicate identity card may be issued on payment of Rs. 200.00 by
Challan/Bank Challan in favour of LNMU Distance Education Fund A/c. After completing the
programme, the candidate must surrender the Identity Card to the Directorate at the time of receiving
Grade Card.
20.2 COUNSELING CLASSES ( )

For the convenience of enrolled students, counseling classes are held on Sundays or Holidays.
Counseling Centres are decided as per the number of enrolled students at the particular centre. Detail
programme of counseling classes are provided to the student at the time of admission in form of
Academic Calendar and it is also displayed on the official website (www.ddelnmu.ac.in) in due course,
well in advance. The students are informed through SMS alert services also. Enrolled students are
advised to be present in the counseling classes for redressal of their difficulties, to know method of
writing of assignments, to prepare project report etc. For students of B.A./B.Com.(Hons) contact
programmes will be arranged only for Hons. subjects, contact programme for M.A./M.Com. Contact
programme students will be arranged according to the need of the candidates. The candidates are
advised to visit Directorate of Distance Education and watch the notice board for detailed programme
about counselling classes. Such classes will, generally, be arranged before three months of the
commencement of Term End Exam. Individual information will not be provided for contact classes.
To bring I-card is essential during this programme.

20.3 MODE OF INSTRUCTION

The study materials for each and every subject/course is prepared by experienced, efficient and
devoted teachers of the subject under supervision of expert teachers of the subject, and the prepared
printed materials are made available to the students well in advance at regular intervals. The study
materials carry instructions, illustrations, examples and exercises.

20.4 MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION

The medium of instruction will be Hindi. The enrolled students may take the examination either
through Hindi or English medium. But course materials will be provided in Hindi only.

20.5 DELIVERY OF STUDY MATERIALS

If the study materials are ready then it will be delivered to the students by hand on the day of
admission, otherwise the candidates will be informed to collect them. Please visit the website of DDE
www.ddelnmu.ac.in for update information regarding study materials.

20.6 SUBMISSION OF ASSIGNMENTS

20.7 LIBRARY

The candidate may get library facilities from Directorate of Distance Education library
according to the availability of the book for a maximum period of 15 days. But, he/she will be
responsible for the safety of books. In case a book is lost or damaged, he/she will have to pay the
double the price of the book along with postal charge.

21. EXAMINATION
Examination is, at present, conducted by Directorate of Distance Education, L.N. Mithila
University, Kameshwaranagar, Darbhanga as per norms approved by the Advisory Council of
Directorate of Distance Education, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga & other
bodies of the University.
Term End Examination (TEE) is held twice in a year i.e. June & December. The enrolled
candidates will follow the Academic Calendar provided to them at the time of admission. Hall Ticket
will be issued to bonafide enrolled students who have completed their courses and submitted
assignment/project works/dissertation in time. Hall ticket may be obtained in person on
producing I-Card either at H.Q. or Study Centres.
To carry mobile phone or any electronic devices in examination hall is strictly prohibited &
any student carrying these articles inside the room will be fined and /or may be debarred from rest of
the examination. If any student is found using unfairmeans he/she shall be expelled from the
examination.

21.1 EXAMINATION FEE

Examination Fee @ 150/- per course is required to be paid in form of Challan or DD in favour
of LNMU Distance Education Fund A/c payable at Darbhanga for written courses and fee for
dissertation/project/viva-voce will be intimated to the learner in time

21.2 HALL TICKETS


Hall tickets for any examination will be issued to the candidate in person before the
commencement of the examination on production of identity card only or he/she may download his/her
hall ticket from the official website of the Directorate (www.ddelnmu.ac.in). Candidates are advised to
see the notice board of Directorate of Distance Education regarding the latest up-date about the Hall
Tickets or the official website of DDE (www.ddelnmu.ac.in).

21.3 RE-EVALUATION & SCRUTINY
There is no provision for re-evaluation of answer books. However, a candidate may apply
for re-totaling of his/her weightage after paying the prescribed fee of Rs. 200.00 (two hundred)
per course within 30 days from the date of publication of result.

21.4 PUBLICATION OF RESULTS

i) The list of successful candidates of the B.A./B.COM & M.A./M.COM final examination shall be
published in order of merit.
ii) If a candidate has obtained distinction in any subject, it shall be mentioned against his/her name.

21.5 AWARD OF DEGREE

Those students who complete the programme successfully shall be awarded appropriate
degree by L.N.Mithila University, Darbhanga in prescribed form specifying the Class/Grade in
which he/she was placed.
The student will be declared successful, if he/she scores at least C grade in each course
separately in theory and practical courses.

22. EVALUATION SYSTEM

Evaluation system of distance mode is also quite different from that of conventional system.
Directorate has a multi-tier system of evaluation
a. Self-assessment exercises are provided within each unit of study material.
b. Continuous evaluation mainly through assignment which are tutor-marked, practical
assignment and contact programme.
c. The Term End Examination

evaluating learner’s achievement.

Five point Grading Scale is adopted to assess and evaluate the assignment and Term End
Examination and it is also converted into equivalent percentage.

23. SUGGESTIONS TO STUDENTS

Students admitted to the programme shall have to maintain proper discipline. He/she will
have to adhere strictly to the rules and regulations framed by the Directorate of Distance Education,
L.N. Mithila University, Darbhanga. The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor has the power to cancel the
admission of any candidate who though admitted, should not, in his opinion, continue to be a student of
the programme, in the best interest of the LNMU/DDE.
It should be kept in mind that there is no provision of free-studentship or scholarship in
any programme for any category of students. Admitted Students have to arrange any financial
assistance from any agency at their own end.

Selection of candidates shall be made strictly as per rules of the Directorate of Distance
Education, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga and its study centres.

No. Candidates can claim admission as a matter of right.

Selected & Enrolled students will be admitted and issued Identity Card.
After admission, each candidate will be given an enrolment number. He/She must quote
this enrolment number in all his/her future correspondence with the Directorate of Distance
Education, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga. Any letter which does not
bear the enrolment number will not be entertained.

Simultaneous Admission in more than one programme of the Directorate of


Distance Education, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga is not
permissible and no candidate is permitted to pursue more than one programme of the
Directorate in one session at the same time through Distance mode.

The duration of B.A. (Hons), B.Com (Hons) course is of three years and the syllabus of
Directorate of Distance Education, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga will be

In each subject, the candidates shall be examined in 16 papers; each carrying 100 weighatage.
M.A./M.Com. examination will be conducted in two parts and the candidates shall be examined in eight
papers in each year of examination, each paper carrying 100% Weightage. (70% weighgtage for written
Exam + 30% weightage for Assignments).

25. MODE OF PAYMENT

All fees including admission fee are to be paid through Bank Challan (CBI,SBI) or DD in
favour of LNMU Distance Education Fund A/c. payable at Darbhanga. No cash is acceptable. Fee
once paid shall not be refunded.

cannot claim for the refund of fees after admission. The candidates seeking admission are advised to be
sure that they fulfill all the criterias and eligibility conditions laid down for admission in a particular
programme.

26. ISSUING OF CERTIFICATES

The candidates are required to furnish/submit No Dues Certificate at least one week in advance
for his required date of Certificate. In emergent circumstance, the same will be issued to the candidate
by depositing two times more than the prescribed fees and the same will be issued, a day after
submitting application. Generally Provisional Certificate will be issued after two weeks of submission
of application with a fee of Rs. 200/- and Original Certificate will be issued after six months of
submission of application with a fee Rs. 500/-. All fees are to be deposited in Bank Challan (CBI, SBI,
PNB) or DD in favour of LNMU Distance Education Fund A/c, Payable at Darbhanga.
However, a candidate may deposit both the fees of Rs. 200/- and Rs. 500/- in Bank Challan/DD
in favour of L.N.M.U., Distance Education fund A/c payable at Darbhanga at the time of filling
Term End Examination form and provisional certificate will be dispatched to the candidate at his/her
home address and Grade Card and Original Certificate may be collected from Directorate of Distance
Education Head Quarter, personally by the candidate.

27. FINANCIAL TRANSACTION

There will be no financial transaction on Sunday/Bank holidays or holidays announced.

28. ENQUIRY & CORRESPONDENCE

If such situation arises when a candidate needs to enquire about from Directorate of Distance
Education, he must write his/her Enrollment No., Class, Session, Name etc. otherwise he/she may not
be entertained. The candidate may enquire or seek information, or give suggestion or lodge complaint.
The candidates are advised to visit DDE website (www.ddelnmu.ac.in) regularly for update
information.

29. EXAMINATION CENTRE

The Centre of Examination will be decided by the Directorate of Distance Education L.N.M.U.
No separate information will be sent or given. The candidates/students are advised to see website for
update information about the examination. In a few courses, the schedule date of commencement of the
examination will be intimated to the candidate by post, but Directorate of Distance Education will not
be responsible for loss in postal transit or late delivery. The candidates are advised to be in regular
contact with Directorate of Distance Education for examination purpose and must see the Notice
Board/website of DDE regularly for the same.

30. GENERAL INSTRUCTION

1. The Candidate may opt. either January or July session for admission.
2. All fee are acceptable only in Bank Challan or DD in favour of LNMU, Distance Education Fund,
A/c, Payable at Darbhanga.
3. Fees may also be deposited at respected Study Centre in Bank Challan/DD.
4. The Candidate must clearly mention his or her name, address, mobile no, programme on the back of
DD.
5. The Candidate may submit completely filled in form either at any Study Centre or at HQ.

7. Admission depends upon availability of seats in each programme.


8. Candidate will have to deposit requisite programme fee for desired programme otherwise no claim
for admission will be entertained.
9. Candidates are required to fill in Data-Format annexed with Hand Book.
10. Self-Attested photocopies of all mark-sheets should be enclosed. (Self-attested)
11. In case of reserve category and PH category relevant documents must be attached for proof.
12. Original marks and certificates are required for verification at the time of admission.
13. Candidate desirous for admission is required to be present in person at time of admission for
signature in Admission Register. If the candidate is not present then his/her claim for admission
will be rejected.
14. No CLC/DLC/Migration certificate is required.

15. Admitted candidate will be provided course materials (on the availability), I-Card, Assignment
Question, Academic Calendar.
16. Assignment in each course consists of 30% weightage whereas TEE consists of 70% weightage.
17. Each student shall be required to submit three assignments in each theory course of all
programmes where no practical/project work is prescribed.
18. The assignment carrying equal weightage shall be evaluated for the purpose of examination.
Assignment writing is compulsory.
19. If the assignment is not submitted before the prescribed date, the study required of the student will
not be considered to have been completed and he/she will be declared as ‘not completed’ the
course.
20. The weightage obtained by the candidate in assignment will be clubbed with the weightage
obtained by a student at TEE of that course of the programme, therefore, it is in the interest of the
student to submit the assignment work in time.
21. Assignment should be written very carefully and in own handwriting. It should not be copied from
the learning materials.
22. Assignments can be submitted in the Answer Books provided to the students by Directorate of
Distance Education, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga for this purpose or on
A4 size paper.
23. The candidate must write his/her Enrolment No., Session, Programme, Course, Course Code,
Course title, date of submission in clear writing on the Assignments.
24. Assignment may be sent by Post also and the student must keep a proof of submitting assignment
along with photocopy of the submitted assignment for future.
25. No assignment will be accepted after TEE of that course. Hence, assignment must be submitted on
or before fixed date.
26. Assignment should be handwritten only. No typed or photocopy will be accepted.
27. Each and every assignment should be submitted separately.
28. Assignment may be written either in Hindi or English.
29. If assignments are not submitted in time, then there is provision of late fine ranging from Rs. 100/-
(one hundred) to Rs. 1000/- (one thousand) per course.
30. PCP (Personal Contact Programme) is organised by the Directorate to help in programme
related problems.
31. The candidates are advised to attend PCP and they should come after reading the materials.
32. TEE forms are filled in the month of March for TEE, June and in the month of September for
TEE- December.
33. Project Work/Dissertation, wherever prescribed, must also be submitted by the fixed date, failing
which the student will be deemed to have not completed in the concerned course.
34. Admitted students are advised to read instructions carefully and adhere to the dates for different
Activities for completing the programme mentioned in the Hand Book.
35. Enrolled Students must visit the official website (www.ddelnmu.ac.in) regularly for update
information.
36. Academic Calendar should be followed by the students.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP THE EXAM FORM

1. The examination form be sent by Registered Post /Speed Post and the proof of its mailing be retained.
2. Students should submit examination form for each Term-End Examination.
3. The Examination Fee @ Rs. 150/- per course for theory papers and practical course in the Bank
Challan (CBI/SBI/PNB)/DD drawn in favour of ‘LNMU, Distance Education Fund Account’ and
payable at Darbhanga be sent along with the examination form.
4. It is advisable that students fill-up the examination form without waiting for the result of the previous
examination.
5. Term-End Examination results are also available on the DDE website i.e. www.ddelnmu.ac.in See the
result status before filling examination form.
6. If you fail to receive Examination Intimation Slip one week before commencement of examination, you
may visit official website www.ddelnmu.ac.in and download Hall Ticket and report to Examination
Centre with your Identity Card.
7. Change of your Examination Centre, once allotted, is not permissible under any circumstances.
8. Please write correct course code(s) as indicated in your Programme Guide, failing which the course(s)
will not be included in Hall Ticket for examination. In case wrong/invalid course code is mentioned in
examination form, the course will not be included in the Hall Ticket and the examination fee paid will
not be refunded.
9. Examination Form should be submitted only once for each Term-End Examination. In case two exam
form are submitted the candidature will be cancelled.
10. Examination Fee received without Examination Fee or late fee (if applicable) will similarly be rejected.
