Job Overview -

● Position is of DAS Associate for acquisition of Last Mile vendors to facilitate the delivery part from small facility
(Dispatch center) of Delhivery to the end customer .
● Position Falls in Supply chain of Delhivery under DAS Department which works on cost optimization of last mile
delivery and provides Flex / variable capacity at Dispatch centers of Delhivery .
● DAS department is amongst the two stakeholders of last Mile part of Delhivery along with HR team .

Roles and Responsibilities -

● Candidate is entailed to do identification and acquisition of local vendors / retailers nearby dispatch center of
Delhivery at variable rates for last Mile delivery of shipments to end customer .
● Candidate is entailed to endure with vendors once acquired / willing to work for Delhivery as well as retain existing
vendors .
● Candidate is entailed to synchronize with core operation on ground team of Delhivery and last Mile leadership team
for dispatches of agents and escalations .
● Candidate is entailed to keep basic hygiene update of vendors in regards with App ,Partner Management tool
compliance .
● Candidate is entailed to work on data sanity of respective states assigned with agents count and capacity promised
for dispatch .
● Candidate is entailed to perpetuate the cost of delivery low /optimized by outmatching negotiation to vendors or
applying dynamic costings for last mile delivery .

Qualifications and Skills :

● Academics - Candidate should be entitled with Masters in management (marketing /operations preferred ) or
Graduations in management or any stream .
● Experience - Fresher / experienced with 1-2 years can be pertained .
● Specific Skills - a ) Hard skills - Operational / logistics understanding , Acquisition skills ,Data acuity b) Soft skills -
Problem solving , Analytical / Creative thinking , email writing ,work ethics, time management , decision making ,
teamwork ,willingness to learn , positive attitude .
● Physical abilities - congenial with cold callings for acquisition of vendors
