subject : Intensification of Police Operation against CGs, Loose Firearms and PAG
b) Memorandum from PD, ZPPO dated January 30, 2019
Intensification of Security Measures, Crime Prevention and Control Measures
c) VI of COP, Iba MPS on Application of Search Warrant

2. In view hereof, request verification from your records as to whether

WILLIAM BORSIL y NAVARRO, male, legal age, resident of Brgy. Sta. Barbara, Iba
Zambales has a Firearm License or Permit to Carry Firearm and ammunitions outside
residence. Said person is currently under investigation and suspected to be in control
and possession of a Loose firearms described as; one (1) Cal. 45 pistol and one (1)
Cal 38 revolver with unknown serial number and undetermined numbers of live
ammunitions for both said firearms were allegedly carried outside his residence that
cause intimidation and fear to the people in Brgy. Sta. Barbara Iba Zambales and is
now allegedly being illegally sold and possible subject for a search warrant.

3. Request to furnish this office a copy of the result for our reference.
