 Problem Definition
Textile industry is consuming lacks of liter water per day for different chemical processes. After processing water exits at around 80℃ with chemical contain. This water
containing huge heat is directly released into atmosphere which badly affects environment and amount of energy wasted is also considerable.
Also exit processing water having chemical is to be sent to Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for further processing. Before sending it to ETP the water should be cooled, in existing
plant it is done by chilling plant. So, chilling plant adds extra initial and operating cost to company.
